“I came in with my mum for a bed & sofa and left with 2 side tables, 2 tables, 3 piece sofa set and a bed with a mattress!! Had the most excellent customer service from Georgina and John! They both went out of their way to provide us with everything we needed and the most suitable furniture for our home!! They didn’t have a third piece of the sofa set we wanted and John went out of his way to find one for us. Definitely will pop in again for some high quality furniture and customer service!! Recommended it to family and friends as well xx”

“Visited furniture village Chester after a lack lustre visit to Stokers and were met by Steve who after asking us what we were looking for steered us to a beautiful corner suit that was just what we were looking for in terms of size, configuration and colour etc. didn’t rush us, made us a brew and left us to discuss privately for a while. No pressure tactics. Came away happy with our purchase and customer service from Steve and manager Will. Struck up a great deal.Suite delivered before chrimbo. Looks great. Thanks guys. Felt really relaxed, at home under no pressure and bought what we wanted at reasonable prices. It’s a great store with fantastic items. “Large spacious store with lots of goodies food ,cleaning stuff, appliances, furniture and fabric goods frozen foods a small amount of process foodstuffs (ham/cheese) but not much fresh meats... lots of parking trollies usually don't need a token can be sparce if busy”

“While my boyfriend and I couldn't find the type of sofa bed we were looking for, I still wanted to write a review because we received EXCELLENT customer service and help from Jack. He took the time to really understand what we were after. Unfortunately, even though it was great to learn that your sofas are customisable, there just wasn't a model that included the features we were after AND could fit in our tiny seating area. But still, it was a good experience. We went to 5 different furniture shops today, and it was the best service we received”

The staff always go above and beyond to assist us, especially when it comes to larger items like prams and car seats. The facilities on site are also top-notch, making our visits so much easier. “Went there, felt in love with a sofa suit, asked if they can reserve it, cashier was amazing, she kept it for an hr for us, ordered and it was delievered with care the very next day early in the morning (20 miles away). Came in good condition and the delievery guys were very helpfull, got it inside for me fast, no issues. I’d go there again if i need something else.”
