Unfortunately a few months ago three cupboard doors started to delaminate. We feared the worst. But the response from the business owner was absolutely fantastic. No grumbling, no cross examination. He simply asked for the details, ordered new doors, had them fitted, no charge! We were truly impressed. Rare to receive such service these days.”

“From day 1 of my first visit to this walk on the 2nd February to my final visit on 15th April, they have been nothing but exceptional. I unfortunately have been being treated for a chronic wound on my neck as a result of a minor mole surgery gone wrong. Without the help of the staff in this walk-in, I don’t want to imagine how my neck wound would have turned out. One member in particular I owe so much to. Tanya the health care/dressing nurse at this walk-in has been my life saver. She has been with me every step and giving me so much comfort during my whole experience. She has honestly been nothing but amazing and I honestly am so grateful that she was there that first day. I wish I could do more than write this review as she deserves so much. She is someone I will forever remember as helping me through quite a rough patch and getting me out the other side. Tanya thankyou so much for everything. They were all professional and kind, and it was evident that the nurses genuinely care for children, often smiling at my son. The nurse who attended to us was knowledgeable and thorough during the examination. She was also very attentive to me, taking the time to answer all my questions. Additionally, I was impressed with their waiting time management. The monitor in the waiting area displayed a target of under an hour, which they met, as I was out of there in less than an hour despite a steady inflow and outflow of patients. I would definitely return if I have any other issues with my son.”
