We will be having Neptune to replace our en-suite in the near future.”

I explained (in a 'little woman', way, my quote, not theirs) a frustrating problem with soft close toilet hinges which I had logically worked out the problem but not absolutely defined how to solve it. “Excellent choice for near enough anything DIY. Even though they are part of the same group as B&Q they are up to half price less on most of their stuff. Good thing is they sell to domestic as well as trade customers unlike most trade places.”
