“I came to this garage because I had to fix some ABS errors that were appearing on the dashboard, which were preventing me from passing the MOT elsewhere and also because it was close to my home. Honestly, at first I didn't have high expectations of getting them resolved in time, but also because I was worried about the estimate. And here's the pleasant surprise! Everything was resolved the next day, and they also gave me great advice to return to the other garage where I failed the test by 4:00 PM to retest the car for free, and so I did! That's great. I didn't know about this option, and if they were dishonest, they would have done this to me. For most drivers who go to a garage with the fear of spending a fortune on repairs because the professional knows everything better than us, but they aren't always honest unfortunately, I can blindly recommend this garage for: PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY, and impeccable CUSTOMER SERVICE(they always called me promptly, explained my options, and gave me an acceptable estimate). “From day 1 of my first visit to this walk on the 2nd February to my final visit on 15th April, they have been nothing but exceptional. I unfortunately have been being treated for a chronic wound on my neck as a result of a minor mole surgery gone wrong. Without the help of the staff in this walk-in, I don’t want to imagine how my neck wound would have turned out. One member in particular I owe so much to. Tanya the health care/dressing nurse at this walk-in has been my life saver. She has been with me every step and giving me so much comfort during my whole experience. She has honestly been nothing but amazing and I honestly am so grateful that she was there that first day. I wish I could do more than write this review as she deserves so much. She is someone I will forever remember as helping me through quite a rough patch and getting me out the other side. Tanya thankyou so much for everything. Well organised and efficient, all staff i came into contact with were professional and polite. Waiting time was acceptable, one should accept that this a busy A and E dealing with hundreds of walk in patients . Patience is the watch word . To me the wait is more than acceptable when considering the high work load . I was admitted as an in patient firstly to Majors ward and then to ward 32 . Throughout my stay i was impressed by the professional and polite attitude by all members of staff i came into contact with and the high standards of care. I found the ward very clean and well maintained a credit to all. A vast improvement from the last time i had cause to visit the hospital as a patient several years ago Peter veevers”

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spent some time in the enclosed garden, shielded from the elements. Breakfast was also enjoyable, staff being very helpful and friendly despite obviously being very busy. We only had an overnight stay, but we were made very welcome.”
