The online consultation works brilliantly and is followed up by either telephone appointment or in person if necessary and the Dr’s you see always take adequate time to listen and prescribe accordingly. I can only praise the surgery and grateful to be able to be a patient there.”

I have had several appointments in the last 12 months and I have to say I am much happier at Lache Health Centre than I was at Hawarden Health Centre. Staff have been courteous and the doctors have been attentive. I have had multiple different reasons for appointments and I have no negative feedback after seeing several different GPs. I would recommend this practise to anyone in the local area. There is plenty of parking available too”

My appointment was with Dr Bird and all I.can say is I was treated not only as a patient but as a person too by both members of staff. ......... overall a good experience. Also I would like to commend care navigator Kerry who went the extra mile to sort a problem for me last Christmas.”

“I never have a problem with this location. The people are always very helpful and go out of their way for me. I was going out of town and needed my perscription before I left. There was a mixup with the order I made using the online form. Which was 100% my fault. I was so surprised and happy they were able to sort it out before I left!! Monisa is always smiling and helpful! However she really went over the top to ensure I got my medication! She is a fantastic example for fantastic customer service.”
