“I stayed here for a few days in May. The staff is lovely - very happy to assist with suggestions for nearby activities and food options. I had requested for a ground floor room due to luggage and they accommodated me. It’s within a short walking distance of the tube station and plenty of options to eat nearby. The room was comfortably sized and the only downside of the ground floor room was the noise from people checking in/out in the morning. I chose this place because of the convenient location and had no problem navigating with my luggage for my journey to Heathrow. I was able to keep my bags post checkout time as I had a late departure and everyone on the staff was super nice.”

“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

“We visited Jack’s Bar at the Hilton Garden Inn specifically for the Christmas dinner and were absolutely delighted with our experience. We had a wonderful time! The menu was very diverse and, most importantly, delicious. The service was outstanding thanks to the staff. Went with 3 of my friends who love to eat out and they all enjoyed the taste of the food, my friends run a restaurant and getting a good comment from them says it all. They got some place to eat in and it’s enough for people who like to have a quick fast food. Many items to choose from menu but highly recommended their grill foods. “Wife and I just got back from Cambodia. John Watson was brilliant from start to finish. He booked the perfect flight itinerary so that we would be travelling the least time and least amount of stop over time. We stayed at six senses which is on a private island and John was extremely diligent in his organisation to make sure that we got the boat at 1pm or we would have had to wait until 4pm for the next boat transfer. We saw other reviews that said this travel agent is a scam and I even asked John about this prior to booking but he gave me the companies house number, vat number, the atol registration number which put me at ease straight away and I paid the full amount the same night and within 30 minutes he sent the Singapore airlines e ticket and even phoned me back to get me to log in and check that the flights had been confirmed to assure me that he is 100% genuine. Would definitely recommend using them to book a complete holiday package and will definitely use them again in the future.”
