“We visited our local branch (Claygate) and explained what we wanted to achieve. The manager was extremely helpful - he took down the measurement and worked out the exact amount of timber we needed and also gave us a couple of different timber options to choose from. The next day the timber was delivered and up went the slat fencing. I can’t thank the Claygate team enough; friendly, skilled, experienced and they were happy to go above the rest, to offer that top level of service. I would highly recommended!”

“This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”

“they have absolutely everything I needed, i kept asking for little things that the bigger stores like B&Q didn't have and they'd go off and find them, amazing. Even more amazing are the prices, you'd expect little shops like this to be extortionate, but no, cheap as chips, the way it should be. I love this shop, it reminds me of grandfathers garage, a throwback to better times. Customer service is second to none, tell them what you need or the problem you have and I'm sure they'll be able to fix it or solve it.”
