On August 3rd, 2025, the manager and staff went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance I’d been searching for over 20 years. It had been discontinued, but the amazing team didn’t stop there — they personally called around other stores across the UK to track it down. Even as the store was closing, the manager stayed behind to assist me patiently until they successfully located it. They even secured five gift sets for me before the stock was sent back to head office. Their kindness meant so much — it turned my birthday week into something truly special. As someone with ADHD, I really appreciate the patience, effort, and understanding they showed throughout the process. Their dedication and empathy went far beyond what I expected. Thank you to everyone at NEXT Hounslow – you didn’t just help me find a scent, you made a memory that will stay with me for a lifetime.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

“I've been a regular visitor of this off licence store located in heart of Hounslow. The store has always sufficient stock of daily essentials like milk, bread, eggs, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. It is one stop shop for everything. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional person working there. Sanjay, the friendly face behind the counter, is an absolute gem of a person. He is not just good; he is generous and incredibly knowledgeable. He is an honest gentleman who knows his stuff. She was kind and helpful, she answered all of my questions and confirmed with the delivery man if the furniture will fit in the doorway. The delivery was fast and straightforward. “We arrived around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday August 21 and left Sunday morning (August 24) to attend the international convention of Jehovah's Witnesses at Twickenham Stadium. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and were immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Bed linen and towels were clean every day of our 3-day stay. There was a fridge in our room, which was a thoughtful and unexpected additional facility which made our stay all the more manageable. TV and Wi-Fi were also available (although not widely necessary in the circumstances). Staff encouraged us to help ourselves to all of the available cereals, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. and were prepared to cook breakfast to enable a prompt start to your day. Our wedding anniversary was on the Friday and was enhanced in no small part by the kindness of all at the Heathrow Palace. Thank you guys!”

“Kinda surprised by the other reviews regarding staff. We were helped by Joycy, and she was super helpful and very pleasant. Also, we ended up losing our receipt to get reimbursement for lost bags. I was able to call and spoke with Sharada, and she took the time to immediately look up our receipt and email me a copy not even 5 minutes later. She really saved our button on that one. Thanks, Sharada! Inventory was a bit limited, and prices were a bit high. But, that is to be expected at an airport location. Overall, I was happy with the experience.”
