They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. A special shoutout to Ella, who is absolutely the best – her kindness makes my visit even more enjoyable. I was even offered a complimentary cake on one of my visits which was simply divine! Each cake tastes little piece of heaven, it’s impossible to choose just one favorite. The coffee here is absolutely fantastic and the food on offer looks just as amazing too! “I ordered hainanese chicken rice and that is so good. Chicken meat is tender and nice, cook to the perfection. Rice is full with fragrance, and the ginger sauce is just superb. Will definitely give it a try again when I visit London next time”

I’m Italian and I love good coffee, and here it’s excellent. It’s a great place for meetings, gatherings, and families,for anyone who appreciates good taste. “Great spot close to both Chalk Farm tube and The Roundhouse, friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was “cosy” but functional. Bathroom clean and tidy and shower was a great pressure. A little noise from the pub downstairs but it wasn’t intrusive.”

“We had a bottomless brunch here on Saturday and it was so fun! We had Deborah and Jimmy looking after us. They were so lovely, chatty, and made us comfortable - they were also really attentive and made sure drinks were flowing and we were happy the whole time despite the pub being really busy. “Excellent location, easy to get to my workplace via tube on the Northern line, as Totteridge & Whetstone station is just a 10 min walk. Staff are excellent, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Gave 4 stars for the room as it could have done with some air freshener, but otherwise everything else was good.”

The in-house breakfast was a great added convenience. The hostel is located in a safe and well-connected area, with easy access approximately a 12-minute walk to London Euston and just 6 minutes to Camden Town station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.”

This hotel has a great location, close to Kings Cross. I have stayed here many times now, when I come to London for a few days and always find it warm, clean and comfortable. I especially like the fact that the bathrooms have a bath, as well as a shower, which is a bonus in a hotel these days. Reception staff are always helpful and the breakfast is good. Also very helpful with delivery orders - accidentally ordered twice and they cancelled one of the orders and made sure the delivery driver waited with our pizza, outstanding service and great food, couldn’t ask for more! (Make sure you get the truffle dip its amazing)”
