A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. “I had the best experience at the Catford Halfords branch. I went in for my appointment to repair a chip on my windscreen and from the very start the service was excellent. A guy called Jay was very helpful with my booking and also when I decided to buy new wiper blades, he took the time to help me choose the right ones. The chip repair was done by a lady called Sam and she was absolutely amazing. You could see how much she enjoys her job. She was friendly, professional, explained every step clearly, and even brought a bit of fun and positivity by singing along while she worked – and she had a great voice too. She did an outstanding job and I could not be happier with the service. Both Jay and Sam went above and beyond and I would highly recommend the Catford branch to anyone.”
