“We stay at a lot of Premier Inn’s when going on mini-breaks with the kids and this is probably the favourite one we’ve stayed in. Excellent location, close to Warner Bros / Harry Potter tour. Room (Quad / Family) was clean and spacious. Great air conditioning too. Breakfast (cooked by Frank) was delicious and well presented (Eggs were cooked to order). All of the staff (especially Marie/Maria) were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great location and good family room size. Helpful reception and great parking albeit very tight to get in and out. Only improvement required is a microwave to warm milk for kids as going to the restaurant and seeking help was a bit of a nuisance. Will come again!”

“This is a grand hotel. Impeccable service. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very quiet. Bed are grand and rooms adequate. Location is fabulous, as it sits across from Hyde Park. Two tube stops nearby, only a few steps from the hotel entrance. Restaurants within two blocks provide varied menus, which is good since restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu and subpar service. Highly recommended overall.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, nearby attractions, and plenty of conveniences around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring the city. Another highlight was the in-house pub, which served delicious food and a good selection of beers. It was a great spot to unwind without even leaving the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.”

Also, Andreina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic in helping us ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. She was very accommodating and understanding of our travel requirements. “Just stayed here for 4 days while on a course. Very pleasant and peaceful stay. Be nice if they did food as I'm sure they will eventually, but there are plenty places to eat nearby. Price for hotel was excellent and hotel far exceeded my expectations. Will happily stay again if in area again”

We stayed in a beautiful premium room that came with welcome surprise. Also purchased the meal deal and enjoyed good food and great service at the Willow Farm Table Table Restaurant. All in all a great experience in Rainham. Highly recommended and we plan to come again soon.”

“Perfect overnight stay, always delightful and attentive staff, check in always impeccable, the lounge a delight and breakfast service, spot on, again, staff are brilliant. Huge comfortable beds, gorgeous bed linen and the most sumptuous fluffy towels, immaculate bathrooms, I always feel I should clean the wash hand basin after brushing my teeth, and you can’t hear the aircraft even though they skim the roof. Highly recommended”

“Very nice hotel. Is not expensive but the services are very good for the money. The rooms are clean, every day the cleaners change the bed sheets, towels and consumables. The rooms have big LCD TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge, safe and microwave oven. The room doors are locked with electronic latches wich sometimes doesn't work properly because of magnetic cards, but the problem is very well known by the hotel employees and they will change your card without any problems. Parking is not free and you can park at the basement of the hotel or into Ibis hotel parking.”

“Very nice cottage, we just spend 9 days here on our London trip. It’s very luxurous, all you need is there. The hot tub is marvelous, when not being in the city. Bus stop around the corner, railway stations and supermarkets only a few minutes away by car. The owners are very nice and warm! We’ll certainly be back when we visit London again.”

“No exaggeration, Diana and Colin were the absolute BEST hosts, they went above and beyond for us in every sense, she even dropped in some homemade apple cake (from apples in the garden!!!) to welcome us on our first morning, it was so cute I almost cried (see pic). Easiest check in, ideal location, BEAUTIFUL garden, clean and comfy room with everything you need (including the best shower I’ve ever had in my life) and like I said the best hosts to make you feel welcome- 100% will be recommending/staying again (and staying friends with them too) ❤️”

“Two night stay, great location, 2 min walking distance to a lot of great eateries on Richmond High Street, and to the tube station. Only downside is parking, there’s a very expensive multi storey next door, and a slightly better NCP multi storey behind the tube station. Rooms clean and staff polite, would happily come again”

“Gainsborough Lodge near Gatwick Airport. The price is really reasonable, and the rooms are nice and clean – the water’s hot, the shower looks brand‑new, and the breakfast is excellent value for money. The staff are super helpful and made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place; if you’re heading to or from Gatwick you can get to the airport in about twenty minutes by public transport. Thanks a lot for the hospitality Chiragh Bhai – we’ll definitely be back!”
