“Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 7 months old, and she absolutely loves it. Now, at nearly 2 years old, she runs in each day without a second thought. The staff are caring and make Maeve feel more like family than just another child at a nursery. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would easily choose CozyTree again for any future children.”

“We’ve sent both our DS to this nursery over the last 3 years. The consistency of care is fantastic; same consistent carers mean they have really taken care and helped our sons to develop. They worked with us through any “leaps”, teething or potty training situations. The chef David has been amazing, catering to their dietary needs (vegetarian, no onion/ garlic) with a smile and enthusiasm. The boys over the years have really enjoyed each day and their time especially with the Montessori approach. We get verbal feedback at the end of each day (whether a quick brief or more detailed as required). We loved that the boys were taken outside to the green common next door whenever feasible and were exposed weekly to music afternoons and exercise / sport sessions. They come back having painted, played, read books, learnt about culture and everything in between. The carers have been amazing - Kim, Rosa, Camilla, Lucy, Tiana, Prima, Cara, Leena, and recently Saheeda - we’ve known most of these over the last 3 years if not all of them (and they are still there!) - that consistency of presence and care has been incredible in providing a “second home” to our children. They know our boys, and saw them grow up from less than 12 months of age to 3 years. It was a really warming and caring environment which helped nurture our sons at such a young age. The love given to them (even at their worst times) was and has been invaluable. We’ve (all of us) had a truly happy experience with the fortune green team. From our perspective and from what I heard from parents at other nurseries, this is the one of the best nurseries in West Hampstead; despite others perhaps being more convenient location wise, or “newer”. Finally, this review has not come as a one-off assessment or as a new parent who recently joined; it’s over 2-3 years of experience with two very different type of DS. “Our son, who is 2yrs old now, has been at Beaumont House full time since he was 11 Months old. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. He loves doing messy play, singing, playing in the garden and participating to lots of the experiences that it is proposed!”

“My daughter has been going to this nursery since we came out of the first lockdown and she absolutely loves it. We haven't had any negative experiences or reasons to complain. The first time we went to view the nursery, we were amazed at the space the children have to play and explore. The staff are always welcoming and ready to have a chat about your child's progress. A lot of times when my daughter comes back from nursery, she role plays her experience with her dolls and teddy bears like she is teaching them, that really helps me to see how she is developing. I am grateful for the teachers and the work they are doing. As a parent, I have the comfort in knowing that Ethelred Nursery is providing the best environment for my daughters growth right now.”

“Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

My child struggled to settle in a previous nursery, but here he quickly felt comfortable and was happily staying for 5 hours. “A great school, nurturing but at the same time challenging children’s capabilities, whilst teaching solid Christian ethos. During lockdown the school carried on teaching via zoom every day, which was amazing and very important for the children's development. My son loved going to BWI :-)”

“I couldn't recommend Wellingtons enough. My little one started at just 5 months old, and now he's almost 2 — with another baby on the way! I have absolutely zero worries about starting our next baby even earlier if I need to. Some people might be put off by the idea of a larger nursery with lots of children in the building — please don't be. The size has never taken away from the individual care and attention our child receives. Honestly, I don't think there are enough words to express how much easier Wellingtons has made life for our family. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind that comes from knowing your child is safe, loved, and genuinely cared for as if they were their own. It's a truly genuine business, run by genuine people who care not only for the children but also for their parents. That ethos shines through from the apprentices right up to Jo & Joss in management. A special thank you to Jasmeen, Laura, and Hayley — they warm my heart every single day with their updates and the kindness they show us at drop-off and collection. We feel so, so lucky to have them. They are an absolute credit to the nursery.”

“My daughter has been attending little cubs for over 6 months and she loves it. She seems very happy and I’m really pleased with how much effort the staff clearly put into activities and keeping the classes entertained! They offer opportunities for parents and grandparents to visit and read books which I have really enjoyed as I get to meet the whole class! They do evening online classes for parents to learn about sleep and food from specialists. My daughter seems to love the food and eats all sorts of things she doesn’t try at home so I’m pleased she is getting that variety. The staff spend a good amount of time with you at the end of the day letting you know all about your child’s day which I really appreciate. Overall just a fantastic experience.”

“If you want your child nurtured, looked after, encouraged to grow and learn in a safe and secure environment, Kintore Way is all of this and much, much more. Having had 3 children attend, over a total period of 12 years, we could not be happier with the care they have all received alongside the invaluable support and advice that we as parents have received over the years from all of the staff, from nappy training to food fussiness, their advice is always well informed and offered both freely and kindly. In terms of continuity, we are amazed that many of the staff caring for our 2 year old daughter today, are the same staff who looked after our (almost) 13 year old son from the age of 7 months in the baby unit (now closed). This is a clear indication, in an industry renowned for a high turnover of staff, that this is good place to work, that staff enjoy caring for the children, take immense pride in the huge roles that they play in the children’s development and also that management understand the value of this team, that they support and encourage them. This comes across in the welcoming friendly atmosphere that is always present at Kintore Way. The facilities are secure, spotlessly clean and well maintained, the garden area is always used to its full potential, the children have a wide choice of activities to undertake both indoors and outdoors and are encouraged to do so. Any achievements , however big or small, are praised and always recognised. My daughter loves it as much today as her brothers did 13 years and 7 years ago, it’s part of our family story, even I attended nearly 4 decades ago! I could go on……. but in summary, if you are looking for an amazing nursery, with the most caring, loving, encouraging and professional staff, who take pride in their role nurturing and preparing your child for the next step of their journey into education, primary school, you’ve found it.”
