“Ordered via Uber Eats. I wasn't expecting much but their fried rice and noodles are as good as in Chinatown, surprising for a local takeaway. Very generous portions so great value for money too.”

The buffet also includes fruit and ice cream if there's room. For £6.50 this is by far the best buffet experience I've had . Perplexed how anyone could be critical.”

“I’ve ordered from this Chinese takeaway a few times now, and every single time the food has been spot on! The dishes are always fresh, full of flavour, and arrive piping hot. The sweet and sour chicken is crispy and tangy, the beef in black bean sauce is tender and perfectly seasoned, and the egg fried rice is some of the best I’ve had. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and delivery is always quick and friendly. Easily my go-to place for Chinese food. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been here multiple times and I have to say that I’ve always enjoyed coming back here each time. The food is really good, and meats are really tender and enjoyable. There is also a wide variety of choices for people who choose from which is enjoyable with a larger group of people. They also offer jasmine tea for free when sat down at the table, which is quite nice as well. Staff are quite nice as well, I can’t say I’ve had a bad experience with any person who has worked there. Tables and bathrooms are clean as well.”

“Fantastic dining experience at JRC Global Buffet! The variety of food was incredible from sushi and Asian dishes to authentic Indian curries, Mediterranean grills, and delicious desserts. Everything was well-prepared, hot, and constantly replenished. Whenever I got to buffet I always get the same thing, Chinese food. The vermicelli noodles here were amazing as well as the sweet and sour chicken and sweet chilli crispy shredded beef. I managed to go through 2 big plates and 1 small bowl. It was amazing, I even think back to it and wish I ate more. The desserts were actually nice, my favourite was the chocolate cake it was better than their other branch (I can’t remember where it was) that I went to. However I recommend they cover the food because as I was leaving the place I saw a fly land on one of the foods. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and quick to clear plates, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great atmosphere too, perfect for family meals or celebrations. Excellent value for money and I’ll definitely be coming back. I didn’t get much pictures because I was too busy eating but I loved the aesthetics especially the purple light as you walked in. I really wish I got my picture of inside the restaurant. It was very spacious. I definitely recommend.”

“I ordered chicken chow mein and prawn balls. My order was finished very quickly and was nice and hot. The people working there and the owner were all very friendly towards me, therefore I have no complaints on the service. I've seen a couple complaints on the workers, but honestly if you are not rude or disrespectful towards the staff, you won't recieve any back. I've worked in customer service jobs before and I can say that sometimes you get disrepectful people who make straight up unreasonable demands and will come online to spread false information in anger. Overall, the food and service was good - keep up the good work!”

“Have ordered from sun moon lake via deliveroo twice now and honestly this is one of the best, if not the best, Chinese takeaways I’ve ever had. Food always comes piping hot, packaged well and super quick. The chow mein is lovely, as well as the classics like sweet & sour chicken, salt & pepper chicken wings, chicken balls, spring rolls. All the fried stuff also arrives steaming hot & crispy btw which shows you how fresh everything is. 10000% recommend!”

“I have been ordering from Happy Dragon for the past 6 years now and had no problem with any of the dishes and the lady who worked in there was always nice and friendly. The service was genuine and not fake. While I was waiting for my food to be cooked fresh when ordered I’ve seen customers who are so rude to the lady who’s work at this place. She advised the rude customer with the correct information but they did not accept and did not wanted to admit to their mistake/ fault. From most of the bad reviews I have read its was so absolutely nonsense and I just wanted to laugh out loud. Are we human or animal? How you wanted to be treated you should treat others the same. There will be busy times, happy times and no aggressiveness. No one is perfect…”

“Real authentic Chinese food, when served we were greeted by a gorgeous young lady who catered to our needs and she gave us a good introduction to Chinese cuisine and current affairs in the Chinese domain. The meal was stunningly prepared and felt like it been prepared by a distant family member with the love and passion of coming from a long trip to your first home cooked meal after months away. The restaurant has the most interesting selection of fish and marine life that I’ve seen in a restaurant in my 35 years of living, the fish were an array of species and this was a refreshing sight to see on my very brief wait for my food. Will be returning with my family and friends for another meal soon, I’m also planning to use them for my 10 year wedding anniversary party. Love to all the team.”

Even my highly picky Chinese mother loves the beef ho fun from here. She never eats from Chinese takeaways or outside London. For a start it's amazing to find Ho fun anywhere locally. Anyone who has the faintest idea would see you're up there. Keep up the good work guys”

“My order from Halal Chinese Restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I placed my order on Uber Eats for collection and I'm so glad I did. The service was incredibly quick—my food was ready within 15-20 minutes. A quick note on delivery: if you live in the Uxbridge area, I've heard from friends (like mine at Brunel University) that food deliveries can take extremely long, and I've seen the bad reviews to prove it. I don't understand why, but based on that, I'd highly recommend collection instead. It was seamless! I went in to collect my order and was impressed to find the shop was very clean and maintained good standards. The food itself was incredibly tasty and the portion sizes were great. I was even given some complimentary crackers and a double portion of the Aromatic Duck Spring Rolls, which was a lovely surprise! I was so hungry I didn't even take a picture of the food. I just said a quick prayer and went straight in for the kill... and it was bloody delicious! Every single item was perfect: · The Fried Noodles with Shredded Chicken and the Fried Noodles with King Prawns were both absolutely delicious and the noodles were lovely and light. · The Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style was perfect. · To top it all off, I even got an amazing fortune cookie! All round a FANTASTIC experience, and I love that it's Halal Chinese food. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you”

“Have only ordered from here in the last 6 months or so and it's always been delivery so can't speak for the restaurant itself. The food is great. Good portions, tasty and free prawn crackers all the time! The food has consistently arrived before the estimated time given and has always been correct. My last order was Shredded Beef, Sweet Chilli Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein with Curry Sauce and they also delivered 2 scroll calenders ready for 2019. One of them has already been hung on the back of my kitchen door! They were in my good books before that stunt and now they are in my great books! Amazing food. Amazing service. Not overpriced and always hot. 5 * * * * * from me!”

Had to write a review though for the crispy shredded beef, it’s the best I had in a long long time. In many Chinese restaurant, you barely get any meat on those, just thin deep fried batter. Here however, it’s chunky and well prepared (took the picture until I already had half of it unfortunately :P ).”
