“We always use this Barber's. They're very friendly and reasonably priced. My son has Autism and one of their barbers is used to dealing with Autistic children. He is fantastic with my son. Anyone with an Autistic kid will know how difficult it is to get their hair cut.”

“We came here for dinner with friends and wow it was amazing! They have recently done a refurb and the place looks great. We had some platters to share, finished with chocolate orange tart, and a pear tart - both 10000/10! Would highly recommend. They also have a tv showing the euros (if you wanted to bring someone along who didn’t want to miss a game!) The team were lovely with excellent hospitality”

“Visited for Sunday Roast. The service I wouldn’t say it was the best, but the roast was excellent! Really liked the mashed potatoes and the meat (I chose the turkey option). Would definitely recommend! Dog friendly.”

“Hidden Gem in Putney! The pub is light and airy with a buzzy, friendly atmosphere - with a large outdoor area too. We sat inside in the dining area for our meal and all chose the roast chicken - which was absolutely amazing! The portions were generous, the chicken was served with roast potatoes, a variety of veggies and a giant Yorkshire too. The accompanying gravy was so so good! We also enjoyed a few of the spritz’s which were refreshing on a sunny afternoon. Big thanks to Archie and Holly - nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming! The Coat and Badge is our new favourite roast spot - we’ve already booked back in with a group of friends for next week!”

“A neighbourhood local irish pub thats open till 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. Service is very friendly and attentive. The place is a cute mix of traditional pub with a flaire. They serve Guinness, kronnenburgh, rekorderling, prosecco, wines and all the usual drinks of a pub.”

“Really good, old school pub. No pretence, no nobs, no shoreditch type helmets. A locals pub it seems, subtle art deco styling inside. Hasn't been refurbished in years and all the better for it. Well priced beers too, a few ales on tap and the regular lagers. Went in on a random Tuesday, they had an open mic poetry night on. Actual people speaking, listening and not engrossed in their phones”

“This was my actual "end of the Capital Ring" pint and what a basic, honest "boozer" to experience it in. Bar staff were friendly, beer was good (small selection for beer-aspirants like me) and the pub had that beaten, lived-in quality that is becoming increasingly rare. Fantastic. I only really picked it because it was the closest place I could find to the southern end of the Woolwich Foot Tunnel but was very glad of the experience.”

“I never really have cause to go into jewelry shops (I don't really wear any) but I found a watch online that I knew Ernest Jones might be able to get in stock. I wanted to buy it in store, as the only way to keep shops open is for people to actually go in them, but only if they could get the watch and match the price. Oddly, not only was I helped by another Gemma (but a Jemma!) she was lovely and wonderfully helpful. She called another store that carried the watch, organised a price match and had it delivered to that store, so I wouldn't have to go too far to get it. There was the option of having it delivered to my home, but I preferred to pop back into the shop. Everything was made so easy, it was all organised for me and with total cheerfulness, nothing forced or false. There was another lady working there, but although we didn't speak, she was very smiley, despite it being first thing in the morning! The store was tidy, clean and organised, with just a little too much wear on the carpet to age the shop, but shop carpets are always the first victim to wear and tear! Jemma was an absolute delight and I'm genuinely happy to go back in and collect my new watch. Admittedly I'm more excited for the watch, but it's really pretty! I really cannot stress enough how friendly Jemma was, with no hint of annoyance at my weird questions or overly chatty behaviour (I'm a Sunflower person and had only taken my medication about an hour before, which takes a couple of hours to get me to 'normal' person level!) She was fabulous and a true benefit to the company.”

“Above and beyond . . . Last Saturday I ordered a takeaway Jalfrezi and a Meat Thali. Delivery was within the hour (even on a busy evening). I found that there were various dishes but wasn't sure that it was a Thali, which is one of my favourites from the Longfield Tandoori. I phoned to ask if the Thali menu had changed. I wasn't complaining, but with no hesitation they apologised and sent a traditional Thali straight away, which arrived in minutes. I've been a customer here for over ten years, but this was exceptional. Once again, many thanks!”

“I visited The Men’s Room over the summer, and Paul, the owner, was absolutely brilliant! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful when it came to choosing what to buy. I ended up picking up two Replay trousers that are incredibly comfortable, another pair of trousers, a smart shirt for work, and some great shorts. The shop’s in a great spot in Winchmore Hill and has a fantastic range of designer brands — pretty much everything you could want for men’s clothing. I was also really impressed that they have toilet access; I was there with my daughter, and Paul kindly let her use it when she needed to go. Overall, a top-quality shop with amazing service. Definitely worth checking out!”
