I don’t think I have ever thought anyone in there had been rude towards me ever. They make calls to remind you of your appt The current dentist is excellent. And the nurse too. It was actually funny listening to them chat away as they worked Always feel at ease with them. Found them extremely amiable and been coming here for thirty years. Iv seen a few dentists come and go over the years and never had an issue, all dentists are very busy. So it’s Important to keep the appointments. But they will go above and beyond to help you. I think they are great. And feel lucky to have one that’s consistent in quality of work and concern for nervous patients. Most definitely 5 stars.”

“Really good place. Was easy to get to by 25 Bus.Went today (9/02/2020). For my back scan. Had my appointment at 9:30AM. Reached there by 8:45AM. Was seen at 9AM. Was given a patient safety questionnaire filled out the questions that were relevant to me. Then was told by the receptionist to take the questionnaire down to the Lower MRI room. From there only waited around 5 minutes where I was told by the radiographer to change into gown provided. Kept my valuables in the locker provided. Waited around 5 min to enter into the MRI control room where I was weighed. Was asked questions from the questionnaire. Was given full details of what to expect. Was given reassurance. I did get a bit scared at first as it felt like you are laying down in a coffin. They do give you a buzzer if you feel very scared. My results will be sent off to my GP within a week.”

She was very reassuring and gave me lots of very helpful advice. She was so genuinely caring and addressed my concerns very thoroughly and knowledgeably. What really stood out though, was that despite the immense time pressures on GPs these days, at no point whatsoever did I feel rushed at all, not one iota. I was very worried and anxious about my symptoms before my appt, but came away from the consultation feeling so much more positive and hopeful. This was solely down to Dr Qureshi and her exceptional manner. There's hope yet for the NHS! :)”

“Had an appointment at 3/4/2022 at 3:30pm, got there around 3:06pm since I had nothing better to do and there was a queue of maybe 4-5 families which was no surprise since I was early but by the time it was my turn to test I'd say I was pretty much on time with my appointment. It was a quick mouth swab when I thought they would put it up your nose but I'm not complaining. I suggest if you don't want to wait in queue too long take the earliest appointment you can get and make the appointment ahead of time and if you need to find somewhere to park drive to sainsburys carpark and its probably a 2-5 minute walk from there to the health center because there is very rarely any parking spaces left on the street, and you would be lucky to park near it if ever. Overall, quick once you get in the building and friendly staff when I went in for my pcr test. EDIT!!!!! Also cannot stress this enough but people saying you don't need the app because they will send your results by email.. Not always the case because I needed a test done 24 hours before my flight and anxiously waited for my email until I checked my app around 9:45pm. Turns out my results were not sent to me by email but through the app but I think I do remember the lady saying the results can be checked on the app.”
