“Wow what an awesome surprise waiting for us in the duty free section at London Heathrow. We stopped at Carluccio's for a bite and shared a wonderful picante pizza. Finished off with cappuccinos and canoli and lemon cake. Everything was perfect. Well done and highly recommended!!”

“Stopped here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight, honestly, I'm pretty shocked at the low review of this place, it was pretty good! I decided to get the meat pie of the day which was a steak pie and it came with gravy, mashed potatoes and heated greens. For an airport, I don't know what more you could ask for. Sure, it was pricy, loud, and busy, but it's an airport. If you're here looking for a luxury quant experience I suggest touching grass instead.”

“Fantastic grilled food. The price is reasonable but they should increase the quantity. Went with 3 of my friends who love to eat out and they all enjoyed the taste of the food, my friends run a restaurant and getting a good comment from them says it all. Staff don’t speak good English but good enough to treat the customers with respect. We ordered chicken shish and lamb shish with extra chips. They got some place to eat in and it’s enough for people who like to have a quick fast food. Many items to choose from menu but highly recommended their grill foods. Lots of competition nearby but they stand out with the quality of food and friendly staff.”

“It’s a good cafe to burn the time whilst waiting for your flight.Their strawberry & vanilla iced matcha latte was to die for, I’m hoping that it’s a regular drink there and not just a promotional drink because I can’t imagine not having it whenever I’m at Caffè Nero now, how to be my favourite drink so far.And also make sure you have the Caffè Nero’s Loyalty card as well to get some good deals on your purchase.”

“excellent service. i was worried due to previous reviews from here but i found them unfounded. my sandwich was warm on plate and my drink was made right and got l stayed hot while i read my book while waiting out some rain. the staff was friendly and i am sure anyone who stops by will have a similar experience”

“Busiest time of day and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Had the Gingerbread Latte with a Salted Caramel Brownie while my friend had a Terry Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate and a slice of their Chocolate & Caramel Nutcracker Cake. The drinks were absolutely delicious and the treats were tasty. Given the opportunity, I will definitely return.”

“Our second time visiting this place and is located near the boarding gates after check-in. A large cosey place with a range of seating and tasteful decor, the range of food is good. Great place if you have some time to wait for your flight. Service was slow in this visit, we were seated immediately but our order was taken until we asked after waiting 10min”

“This is a wonderful cafe. They have the most amazing range of cakes! The prices are higher than the high street but that's what you expect! The cakes were delicious, I had the tiramasue which was amazing! The seating area overlooks the runway, so you can sit there and watch the planes landing.”

The café area was clean, calm, and well organised. What really stood out was the customer service — friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to Michelle and Iwone, who were both welcoming, helpful, and made the visit feel genuinely enjoyable. Great value for money and a nice atmosphere. “Incredibly good fresh food, exactly what you want to see pre-flight. So many healthy options to choose from, highly recommend. Also, want to mention a staff member who served us and heard about our flight change that left us unprepared for this weather including a horrible experience with a hotel Sofitel staff member, gave us free food to try and accommodate the poor experience. Bravo to him, I wish I had his name because that guy deserves a raise. Not only great food but also great staff! Will definitely look for more of these restaurants in the future.”

“Warm and helpful staff and Manager William was very understanding, patience and cheerful in his work. My friend claimed his free birthday cake from the Costa in Premier Inn terminal 4 a few times yet the staff kept saying they couldn't do it due to different reasons. By the time we reached Heathrow Airport terminal 2, the free gift voucher already expired but the manager William tried his very best to give my friend 50% discount for the cake and help my friend to claim a free drink . It's really not so much about the free food and free drink but the birthday experiences and surprises from the birthday gift from Costa and their staff matter to us more. Thanks again Costa for all the delicious toasties and coffee. I will definitely visit Costa again when l come to UK.”
