Convenience store experience in Orpington

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

“My kitchen has been transformed from a purely functional room, to a space the whole family loves spending time in. I wasn't expecting very much when I first went to visit Piqu as I'd already seen a design from another company that I liked. But meeting with Adrian, I knew Piqu would be my choice. Adrian was able to take into account my vision for the kitchen, how I use it and my budget, to give me something that surpassed my expectations in terms of design, layout, quality and beauty. The choice of colour, 'Moonlight Green', along with the unique Sensa Sant Angelo granite is a combination that gives me so much joy!! Adrian's expertise was key in ensuring the kitchen was designed to work with how I intended to use it, and what I planned to store in its cupboards. He was very patient and accommodated my back and forth on some of the finer details. But more exceptional was his attitude when dealing with issues that arose, which is inevitable in a project of that scale (the kitchen was part of a whole house extension and renovation). He took responsibility to ensure all problems were resolved, quibble-free, and to a high standard. I 100% recommend Piqu to anyone who's looking for a new kitchen.”

“Been several times at this location. Just want to mention the great customer service and help MUNISHE presented to me. She is just amazing, polite, sweet, all the time with a smule on her face great behaviour and she even helped me out with the Boots card when most of her colleagues just ignored me because too lazy to help a customer with the activation of a card. I have no idea what Munishe’ s position work is but She deserves to be on top of the customer service. Im not even a fussy person just a customer who likes to receive a right behaviour and a helpful one. Thank you Munishe.”

“My daughter has been attending Threshers Nursery for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From day one, the staff have treated her like one of their own. They genuinely care about the children, they know their personalities, their routines, and what makes them smile. Every time I dropped her off or picked her up, she was happy, engaged, and clearly having fun. Rain or shine, the team always managed to bring positive energy and warmth to the day. That kind of consistency isn’t easy, but they make it look effortless. One thing I especially appreciated was the sense of freedom they gave the children. Kids should be kids, not constantly wiped down or overly restricted. At Threshers, my daughter was encouraged to explore, get messy, and learn through experience. She became very independent and confident, learning to do things on her own with gentle support when needed. Before this, she had attended a different nursery where she cried almost every day. But here, she was happy from the very beginning. That says a lot. I also want to mention that I always respected their work, I wasn’t the type of parent to micromanage or constantly complain. I trusted them, and they proved over and over that they deserved that trust. In three years, I’ve had zero issues. Thank you so much to the entire Threshers Team. “Really big complex. Clothes stores, very fast Argos service,wide range of products great meat counter, bread,cake and sushi counters. Wide range of beer, spirits. A lot of space in aslies which helps with easy shopping. Plenty of parking space and very good bus transport links. Buses can drop of inside Sainsbury's car park or outside stores. In store order collection. Best local Sainsbury's for a full shopping week. Plenty of cash outs and self service. Hardly any ques at checkouts. Clean,bright and refreshing place to shop. Staff always available for help or support. Shelf's well stocked. A lot of economic products on sale. Really worth an experience.”
