“We came here for my friends 40th! We were placed in one of the cosy booths upstairs. Such a lovely quirky restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and served us straight away. “Bought my ball python from here today. Absolutely wonderful. All snakes are healthy, well nourished and friendly. Lots of reptiles to choose from and wonderful people who own it. Very knowledgeable and kind hearted couple who are very supportive and honest. All reptiles are in clean, well ventilated vivariums/terrariums and are obviously very well loved. Will absolutely 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back again!”

Had a burger and a couple of pints of Guinness zero; burger was top notch, proper gourmet stuff and we really enjoyed the quiz, we somehow won! “I had a walk in appointment at Headmasters and was looked after by Alexandra. She gave me a really thorough consultation, asking exactly what I wanted and explaining step by step what she was going to do. Without me even asking, she prepared a relaxing hair wash with a massage chair and footrest. I absolutely loved it! She completely turned my day around. Alexandra also told me about upcoming sales which was really helpful. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my hair wash, cut, and blow dry. Excellent service at a very affordable price.”

“The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. Keep up the amazing work you guys do”

Fatima was genuinely warm and personable, and even took a moment to be sweet and engaging with my mom on FaceTime.
