There is a nice selection of coffees as well as a small selection of baked goods and sandwiches. The cappuccinos that I had during my stay were delicious! The best part of the experience were the staff. Alex and Tetiana were outstanding! Their commitment to excellence and professionalism were amazing. They were personable, helpful and just very nice people. They were the main reason that my group kept coming back. The level of service was top shelf. “Great store, very friendly and helpful staff. The assortment is quite wide, despite the fact that the store is not very large (this is the only one little minus, I wish you to expand the area). Most of the goods in the store are not sold in traditional supermarkets. As far as I understand, these are goods from the countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and others (or similar). There are more than 10 types of dumplings (I bought one for testing, they are excellent, I will buy now), Buckwheat porridge, which also has seven types (by the way, you can’t find it in local supermarkets, even in hypermarkets, although this is one of the best cereals), meat products, sausages products, several types of cottage cheese, cakes (medovik and others), various honey, marshmallows, dryers, excellent unfiltered beer on tap and other options for alcoholic beverages and much more. Thank you, I sincerely recommend. It is a pity that I do not live nearby, so I would come more often.”

“Excellent customer service. I bought an Acerbis Lokum glass table which broke as the glass was only 2mm thick in places, so clearly not fit for the purpose. Acerbis refused to replace. Or acknowledge that a table with the depth of a wine glass can not be anything other than dangerous. Aram offered several options and replaced the table at their cost. And we’re responsive, helpful and excellent in dealing with this. So I cannot recommend Acerbis glass tables. But I recommend Aram whole heartedly.”

Stopped by for breakfast coming from Bexley including a "small" English which was a good plateful by any standards, and the Tuna Priest Club was absolutely divine - the three big layers is a meal in itself and will keep you going all day. Great quality food for an absolute steal anywhere let alone the leafy south east London enclave of Hither Green. A refreshing change to too many places that take pleasure in charging you over the odds for average food. Staff are all pleasant and super efficient. Do have a stop off if you are ever passing through the area, it's also definitely worth coming out your way from anywhere surrounding, Manor Park is a lovely little oasis.”
