This is because they were helpful on the phone - they made suggestions which possibly I could have done to fix the problem without the expense of calling them out. I was unable to sort out the problem so they came the next day and fixed it almost immediately plus gave us some good advice. Their fee was fair and competitive and they were pleasant and helpful. “I normally go here every Thursday for lunch. And the other businesses in the area don’t have the value for money, quality and the convenience this place has. I’m never tired of the Dal Vada and the Mutton Rolls. The staff member at the warm food stand is always so polite, never had negative experience here. The only complaint I can think of is the mutton rolls have increased in price by 10p decently, but they are so good I don’t mind paying.”
