“It had been 20 years since my last tattoo so was pretty apprehensive about venturing into a large colour piece on my arm. However I couldn’t have picked a better artist or studio. Between Alex’s design and a few ideas of my own we managed to agree on a full colour sleeve. I am sooooo happy with the end result. Alex is a very talented artist and just as important I found the studio a really friendly place to visit. After my initial nerves I always looked forward to the next session and seeing everyone at the studio. Catching up with Alex each time was always great. I would recommend Alex and the studio!”

“Betta did some excellent work on some tribal tattoos for me. Planned out so that I was never uncomfortable as we know how far I can go before it gets too painful. Price is as quoted so if they do it in an hour or three it’s same price. Level of detail is insane. Design is checked and checked again so that I was happy with it. Printed out then checked on arm. Made sure all was ok before even bringing a needle out. Highly recommended Just added another photo of the ongoing work. Tribal filled in and blue eyes and heart. Betta doing some great work on my arm. Another up date Now working on the other side of the arm turning into a half sleeve what started out as a tribal wrist band. So here is a run down of how it went. First hour was doing the usual consent forms then on to checking the design ( which Betta was happy to change for me). The checking how it would fit on the arm. Then print off and transfer onto arm. Betta changed a couple of things when it was on my arm because arms are 3d and paper isn’t. Once all that was done I got to check and see if it looked how I wanted it to look. We did this both looking in a mirror and photos. Then onto the actual tattoo itself. Made sure I was comfortable happy with how I have to stay. Betta works quickly for such intricate work. But always made sure I was ok. We know how far I can go it becomes too much for me. So although it looks half coloured in this was as far as I had agreed for this time and I had already booked a return visit. Service They knew I was coming and both sent me a text and email to confirm. Given a coffee on arrival and a chat to put me at ease. Any concerns I had with design were addressed and it was changed to what I preferred. Time in the chair was good being asked if I needed a break etc. after care usual high standard. Will update again as I get more done.”

“Been getting my ink done by ricci Woodward for the past 9 years, can not find a single fault from the design process to the after care explanation even down to making the whole experience as enjoyable as possible, constant offers from other members of the team for refreshments whilst being inked. I am very surprised to see low start ratings at all because I would give 10 stars if possible, very clean hygienic well run shop”

“Really happy with my tattoo. Had mine done by Ash and he was lovely, informative and comforting. I only had a small name tattoo but he gave me full creative control and made sure I was happy with all aspects before starting. Cheerful and welcoming staff, atmosphere and decor were amazing too loved all the little bits and bobs on the wall and the quality of tattoo is great.”

Sherry was incredibly helpful and patient—he clearly explained the difference between a UK adapter and a universal plug, which really helped me understand what they needed. “Really lucky to call this place my local. You simply can’t beat the service here, rain or shine they’re always happy to serve because they genuinely care. Aside from the experience, the food is great and very affordable and made or order, and the coffee is freshly made and tastes incredible, they also often have a choice of blends too, to further suit your taste preferences. It’s really hard to go anywhere else and feel this level of hospitality! I will always return, whether it’s for a hangover-cure bacon bagel, or a quick brew before work in the week.”

Make no mistake, due to its popularity, it can get very busy but you'll be spolied for choice with space as much as you will with what's on the menu. Ran by husband and wife team, Gary and Victoria and their wonderful team, you can rest assured you'll be met with a warm welcome, fun banter, and chit chat like youre one of the locals, (Even if you're not.) I personally come for the cooked full English breakfast but there is plenty of choice on offer! Everything from sweet pastries, more savoury snacks, all of which are homemade, delicious salads and variety of hot and cold beverages to wash it down with. All the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. If you fancy something that might not be obviously on the menu, the team will endeavour to make it for you (within fair reason, of course) If you've not yet visited Pistachios in the Park cafe, and you want someting a little away from the regular side of Greenwich, with exemplary quality, this is your spot. You wont regret it!”

As a non Pole I was initially a little intimidated by not knowing the products but I really shouldn’t have worried all my questions have been patiently answered and I have discovered some fabulous food. The back bit is a deli and you can pick up various home cooked food trad polish style. Recommend Sunday Chicken Noodle Soup, the pork burgers and the meatballs. Cakes are a (too) regular treat that last a good few days in the fridge. Actually one of my favourite shops. And my bunnies cannot get enough of their fresh dill!!”
