“I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. We had a three course meal with various starters, biryani and goan prawn curry for mains and pudding and kulfi for deserts with masala tea and coffee. I went in casually looking for an appointment for a hair cut with my 5 year old and he was also as pleased as I was at the end of my appointment. My stylist was Vicky who was very warm n friendly and I would say very patient as my hair is very long and she took her time to make sure my hair looked great n exactly how I wanted. The staff is also very friendly n offered my son a drink n a biscuit which was very sweet on their part. I would definitely be going back again for a personalised experience!!”
