“Came in yesterday 10/4/22 to ask for boxes as I’m moving property and the managers had no issue with that and said he will hold them for me I came back in store in the evening to collect them and (different manager) they was ready as promised it was a lovely encounter especially since I had received abused from co op staff in regards to boxes ( I have also left a review on their Google review ) absolutely disgusting service from Co op staff ! Thank you Sainsbury’s!”

“Shopping experience turned into a nightmare. Mistreatment from Eurocarparks and dept collectors asking for £170 payment. I will never be using any Sainsbury's in any part of this country or my life. I would rather shop at Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl etc. I never had this issue with them and it would cost much lower as well because I wouldn't get ridiculous fines like this. Edit: Today I have received response from Sainsbury's that they have cancelled the PCN and that I do not need to take any further action. Thank you Sainsbury's. Can't express enough about how much of a relief this was for me.”

They keep a good stock, meaning only some things are for ordering in, and then they arrive very fast. Yes, they do not pick up the phone well, should be improved, but they are very kind, helpful informative. I would feel v confident having a Pharmacist Consultation, with Mr Whitaker. who is v experienced, kind and caring. Many vaccines can be given and the range of services is very broad. They remain the best pharmacy service in the area.”
