“Absolutely lovely hospitality and service. From the food to the gentleman behind the order. Everything was tip top. Delicious Turkish cuisine for a very very reasonable price. It's one of those restaurants where you think "what should I order next time", not "will I order next time". Food was very homely and delivery was really quick. Most local restaurants I will always have a little issue as something might be missing or not cooked right. This has been the only place in a very long time where everything was delicately checked, cooked and prepped to an exceptional standard. If I could I would give this place 10* Very impressed.”

“Amazing from start to finish. Greeted at the door, shown to the table, the decor is stunning, the staff are all so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious very good portion size no waiting around served quickly and given the time to enjoy the food and not rushed to clear the table, they do have a 2hr dining policy but not strictly enforced. It was a lovely relaxing evening and definitely worth it”

The (dream) team: - Joanna was very kind since the beginning; - Chef Patron Sebastian Rast and his team made a great job in kitchen. Very quiet and effective. Absolutely masters! The food: I totally destroyed the wrong concept about gourmet food (gourmet is tasteless or/and not fulfilling). Every single dish was an explosion of flavours. Absolutely stunning! The ambience: Loved the decoration in tones of black and brown and somehow shady and minimalist. I can’t recommend this place enough! Price vs quality outstanding! Congratulations!”

“We popped in to look at some soft furnishings after previously visiting and having a very happy experience about two years ago.. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. The service we always receive is second to none. So to be recognised from a previous purchase is fantastic.. Btw the furniture we purchased is still as new… So no need to go to the big furniture companies and be a number, just visit The London Road Furniture Company and feel as an individual and very valued.. “I always use Royal Cars whenever I need to go anywhere via taxi. The service is unmatched. They are always on time or early, always suited and booted, always have a drink waiting for you in the cleanest of cars. The tracking options to see where your driver is located is extremely helpful. I recently had the best driver I have ever had, Andrei. He was extremely kind, helpful and professional. I honestly could not rate him highly enough. His car is also extremely comfortable, smelt absolutely amazing and got me and my partner home safely and in good time. Such a great company! ✨”

“A real gem of a cafe in the heart of Welling high street. Been coming here for years, whenever I’m in town. Food is really good, always cooked well with lovely staff. You can tell a good cafe when it has regulars that ask for the usual. Everyone made welcome, looked after etc. Great coffee too”

“We visited Flat Iron in London for a family lunch, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. The atmosphere was warm ,welcoming and perfect for a casual yet special meal. We tried the beef steak and the green chilli beef burger, and both dishes were delicious. The steak was tender, juicy, and cooked exactly as we ordered, with that signature Flat Iron flavour that never disappoints. The green chilli beef burger was a real highlight packed with bold, spicy flavours that added a nice kick without being overwhelming. A really nice touch was the complimentary freshly made popcorn served when we arrived, and the free vanilla ice cream cone at the end such a thoughtful way to round off the meal! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout. Service was quick, and the overall vibe was relaxed, which made it perfect for a family lunch. We’ll definitely be coming back, value for money..Highly recommend.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

We have never had a meal that we didn't find exceptional, there are good reasons why this place has won so many awards and enjoys michelin star status, the staff are excellent and the menu choices and quality match that level and then some. The chefs recommendations part of the Menu never fails to meet high standards and there ars plenty of other options throughout the menu too.”

“This was my first experience in a Furniture Village and I was very impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and not pushy like you get in other furniture shops. I’d like to particularly mention the black gentleman in the sharpe suite with glasses (whose name I’ve forgotten) and Richard Hutchins. Their attention to detail and customer service was brilliant. We decided to purchase a sofa from another store based on price but we wanted to acknowledge their good work - thankyou.”

“Amazing Hotel, stayed one night. Great service, from the start to end. Dinner venues very Cousy, with outstanding service. Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”

Don’t like to disappoint him so call to customer service for help and you know what they tried to arrange a table for us in short time window. OMG they saved mu as life.
