“We have just rounded off a fantastic weekend trip to watch the rugby with a fantastic Sunday roast at the White Horse in Richmond. A really brilliant proper pub with a superb Sunday lunch menu that catered for all our family. The Pork Belly bites were incredible and the Cauliflower Cheese you could eat on its own… a must try! The staff were brilliant and easily the nicest roast I’ve had in years!”

“As a huge fan of Persian & Iranian cuisine, I have to say that this place is a solid 10. The garlic and sesame naan was fragrant and deliciously paired with the juicy koobideh kebab. The rice were fragrant and the flavours enhanced when we asked for some butter to go with them. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive service. Fair pricing about £25pp”

“What a lovely experience, visited Jaflong after reading the raving reviews with my family. So glad we came, the staff were amazing and so friendly! There were so informative, and helpful. The house dishes and the king prawn Lajawab were amazing, not forgetting onion bhajis, it was exquisite.”

“This place deserves much higher review points. Everything is perfect. Literally perfect It has been around many years. Feels so cosy with carpet and cushion decoration. Lighting and music really on point and good. Really helpful staff. Enough time between the meals. Had beef tartare and tempura squid and prawn as a starter. Burger and beef stroganoff for main. Cost around £60 per person inc service charge which is really reasonable for the quality they are providing. Thanks”

“We got a takeaway for a family of 6. We love the huge portions, and generous amount of chips. Really cannot fault anything... It is also very nice that they also offer grilled options, on top of their selection of battered deep-fried goodies. Everything is delicious!”

“Hidden Gem In Putney I recently visited The Arab Boy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere of the pub is cozy and welcoming, a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. I ordered the fish and chips, and it was simply divine – crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, just as it should be. To complement my meal, I enjoyed a pint of Guinness, which was perfectly poured and served cold. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking. “Visited for Sunday brunch today, 10/7/22 and it was fantastic. Staff were lovely and efficient and it’s a really nice venue. Not sure why it isn’t busier! The brunch was brilliant. I’d definitely recommend the mushroom marmite eclairs - they’re addictive! Will definitely return.”

“I visited Pizza Express in East Sheen recently, and overall, it was a solid dining experience. We started with the classic Dough Balls – always a winner – soft and warm, with plenty of garlic butter. For mains, I went with the American, which had a nice kick and crispy thin crust. The service was friendly and fairly quick. The Staff were attentive and child friendly. My kids enjoyed the Piccolo menu. I would surely go back – especially with their seasonal offers and kids eat free deals.”

“Been to this branch many times. Each time the pizza was ready in under 10 mins. Nearby Waitrose is also very convenient. Staff are polite and helpful. A shame that the Putney branch closed though.”
