“I always avoided this Boots as there are fer less products (cosmetics) compared to the one at Canada Square and the staff was always too relaxed and dismissive. But I have to say THANK YOU to Fiz, one of the staff members there. He has helped me in at least three separate occasions: once with a refund, another time with a product change and another time with advice ordering the product I was looking for (its was out of stock for several days in a few shops). He deserves to be praised for his hard work and I’m sure grateful for him being there.”

They have a wide range of fresh fruit and veg, spices, lentils, rice, frozen foods, and household items — all at very reasonable prices. The quality of the produce is generally very good, and the prices are better than what you’d find at larger supermarkets. The store can get quite busy, but the staff are helpful and the checkout process is usually smooth. It’s not a fancy store, but it does exactly what you need it to — affordable, authentic groceries in the heart of Southall. Definitely worth a visit if you’re doing a proper desi food shop.”
