“I shop here semi frequently, most recently a few days ago. I know the store pretty well and not much surprises me but I met the most helpful staff member, Valentino was outstanding! He went above and beyond, assisting me at self checkout and showing tremendous patience even when I left my items to go get something else that I'd forgotten to add. Came up with a brilliant solution to a trolley problem I was having and overall took great care of me as a customer. Tesco should be proud to have Valentino he's a real asset to this organisation whether it's recognised or not.”

“The man who runs the local off-licence is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people in the area. Every time I go in, he greets customers with a smile and treats everyone with respect, no matter how busy he is. He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced.
