“Really enjoyed our breakfast here! There was a great variety of fresh food, and the buffet was always well-stocked. The pastries were warm, fresh, and looked amazing. It’s a very family-friendly place too — there’s a little toy area for kids in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Our table was downstairs, and we found a cozy little reading corner tucked away with lots of books. It made the whole space feel extra inviting. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and everything just felt well taken care of. Would definitely come back!”

“I recently stayed two nights at Ibis London Excel Docklands while attending a business event at Excel London and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the venue, which made attending the event very convenient. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. “Vue Cinema London delivered a solid overall experience when I went yesterday to watch Dhurandhar. Booking was straightforward, and getting in was quick with clear signage and staff on hand if needed. The screen and sound were strong throughout the film, and the picture quality stayed sharp with good brightness and contrast, which made the action and atmosphere land well. The seating was comfortable enough for a full feature, and the auditorium felt well maintained. It did get a bit busy around showtime, so there was the usual pre-film rush at concessions, but it moved reasonably fast. Cleanliness was generally good, including the seating area and common spaces. Overall, a reliable choice for a night at the movies in London—good presentation, smooth entry, and a comfortable watch. I’d happily return, especially for big releases where sound and screen quality really matter.”

“Pretty much a near perfect stay at Manor House travelodge. Location perfect, right on top of Manor House Picadilly line tube. We'd booked a standard room as only there one night, but we were surprisingly updated to a superior room for free and no real reason. We didnt eat there but will when we return sometime. Also all staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. Bed comfy as well which equals a good nights kip. All in all, recomended.”

“The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — it offers super easy access to the underground station, making it very convenient to get anywhere in the city. If you enjoy walking, many major attractions are also within a comfortable walking distance. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn’t provide drinking water in the room daily, unlike what you might find in hotels overseas. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay for convenience and accessibility.”

“Stayed for a night and I have nothing negative to say. We were welcomed by Ibrahim who was lovely and did our check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't had breakfast there, the area for it was lovely even if you just needed it for work. Location is perfect! Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and stores. The underground is a few minutes away and you'll be at the city centre in just a few stops. Perfect place for an affordable stay.”

I have stayed at the Andaz hotel which is close which cost over double the price of this room (room 15) at Fraser Residences but Fraser Residences was a much better stay. “A standard Premier Inn as you'd expect and looking like it has had a recent makeover. Our room was modern, clean with ample storage for our one night stay. Reception staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even though the booking in process was a little slow, they were great. Water pressure is low, so washing shampoo out of a lot of hair, not a problem for me, but it was for my wife, takes a little while. Easy to drive to, just a few minutes off of the A13 and with several bus routes running past the hotel. I don't think we've stayed in a better Premier Inn.”

“I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.”

“Great stay at the hotel which was left for visiting the US embassy ( only a 5 mins walk away) service was great and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a good night sleep here. “Stayed here for three nights. Sherrie checked us in, gave us amazing service whenever we asked for things. Asked her for extra coffee pods one night and she said she would bring it to the room. We fell asleep but woke up in the morning to the pods sitting on our doorstep. Little things like this really make your stay. She was amazing.
