“Ended up here spontaneously on our second date, and it turned out to be the best decision because wow, the food did not disappoint. We ordered the Meat Supreme, and it was incredibly crispy without being too doughy. I genuinely wish I could experience that first bite all over again. The ranch sauce was a bit rich on its own, so something spicy to cut through it would’ve been perfect. The turnover is quite fast, as people tend to eat and leave, so seating wasn’t an issue even on a Saturday. The staff were also really friendly. I can’t wait to come back.”

“Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. “What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”

“Perfect location. The staff made my birthday feel so so special. Upgraded the room free of charge and even left the cutest dessert for me and my partner to enjoy followed by a handwritten note. The staff are all happy to help. The hotel isn’t too loud and is quite quiet until the evening when everyone heads down to eat at the E20 Kitchen. The only issue we had was that our TV in the room wasn’t working but other than that the stay was amazing thank you so much. We will be back :)”

“Absolutely outrageous amount of food (in a good way). We got the mixed meat platters to share between 3, and some shrimps to have some variety, and we barely could get to the finish! We got a doggy bag to take home and it was delicious the day after too. Super tasty meats, especially the pulled pork and braised beef. Would only appreciate more sides of beans and coleslaw to offset the taste of the meat a bit more (definitely not because we were hungry).”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. Such friendly helpful staff, had a great stay and then helping me afterwards was just the cherry on top!”

“We stayed in a suite for my partners birthday having stayed here previously and not being happy with the stay the hotel made an extra effort to make the stay really enjoyable. There were balloons in the room and cakes and complimentary drinks. The hotel is well placed and is presented very nicely. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. It was a lot different from the previous stay and felt like they had listened to feedback and improved ten fold! Following this visit, I would not hesitate to stay here again, it had the feel of a luxury hotel which is the way it should be.”

“Naturally with London there were plenty of Premier Inn options to choose from. And I'm glad we picked here! The location was great, a short walk you were either at Tate Modern, The Shard, Borough Market or Southwark Station. We had a Premier Inn Plus room and it was modern and very clean. The staff as well were friendly. Next time I visit London, I would happily stay here again!”

“Came for a lunch and was really pleased with the lunchtime menu. The deal with drink included was perfect as I wasn’t starving and was good to have a taster of several things on the main menu. Plus the price is a really good for what you get so I’ll definitely be back!! My son had the kids burger and chips which he finished and my partner also had a burger from he lunch menu. Service was fantastic, fast and friendly! Thank you!”

“Stayed for two nights, thanks to a layover coming home from Italy. Perfect location for short term London visits. Took the Elizabeth train to West End one night and caught a bus to Oxford the next day...both conveniently from Heathrow. Room was plenty big enough and comfortable. Staff friendly throughout the stay. On last morning, went from room through airport security in less than 30 minutes. Will gladly stay here again for one- or two-night visits.”

The shop is always spotless and beautifully kept, and the staff are absolutely lovely—so helpful and welcoming every single time.
