“Abdul was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and arrived within 24hrs to fix a leaking toilet. British Gas has been out previously but were unable to repair the leak because of the toilet cistern having been siliconed to the wall behind, meaning they couldn’t access the silicone and remove the toilet. Abdul managed to cut the silicon, get the toilet free and make the repair to the pipe. Would certainly use again.”

Frat stayed on the phone to me and coached me through how to get to the bottom of the problem. He did not have to do that. Just a very good bloke. So impressed. “Steve and Ben were amazing, we called them up because our boiler was playing up. We had no hot water. Came quickly gave us a fair price quote and started the work Thursday. They changed several components heat exchanger which got ruined by bad sludge water from old rads. Fitted new pump as well and a new valve. They recommended a system flush after seeing all the sludge build up ect.. and completed the job that day, they worked hard and were very knowledgeable. All problems solved and we're back in business. Would definitely recommend, use again. Thanks Steve and Ben, very happy.”

The first day, two lads came over to uninstall the boiler (can’t remember their names sorry - but they both seemed great!) and then David came over to begin the install. David is a stand-up guy. Really genuinely lovely, and very knowledgeable. The second day Riley was over to assist, and was also really lovely and explained to me how to use my new system which I have set up tonight. The job was finished to a high standard and the guys cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic service and I’m really grateful to them for taking such a professional level of care.”

I contacted a few companies about this job, with one saying they couldn’t access the kitchen pipe very easily so quoted a high price, and another said the job was complex and would take 3 days, and then quoted an extremely high price.
