“I was recommended to call Harris Electrical by my next door neighbour as they had such a positive experience with the company. And I had the same...such a helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable team headed by John Kong. After an initial phone chat, a 'site visit' was arranged - Steve and Mario came to my house to see the access to my first floor kitchen to work out how to bring in the new 90cm Rangemaster induction cooker and to remove and dispose of my old 90cm cooker. On the arrival day they were so efficient, removing the old cooker, connecting the new cooker all within an hour. Colin the gas engineer arrived shortly afterwards to cap off the gas from my old cooker. I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!”
