“I recently had a fantastic experience with JF Autos. My wife hadn't realised her MOT had expired over a month ago, so I urgently needed to get it done. I called JF Autos late in the day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me by rearranging their schedule to fit me in the very next morning. On top of that, I had arranged for a mobile mechanic to handle a tyre change since my usual mechanic doesn’t do tyres, but Jack not only offered to do it on-site but also gave me a better price than the mobile technician. Thanks to him, I was able to get everything done in one place, saving me the hassle of taking another day off work. The service was top-notch, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. JF Autos has definitely won me over as a loyal customer, and I’ll happily recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, customer-focused mechanics!”

“I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

We spoke to James who was so friendly and knowledgeable and put my husband at ease immediately. James took him through a wide range of shoes and conducted a gait test despite not having an appointment and being on the weekend. My husband got a real insight into the kind of shoes he needs, so I would highly recommend popping in if you’re new or a seasoned runner! I was completely blown away by this level of service - we will be exclusively using Weybridge sports from now on!”

His coat is evenly trimmed, paws carefully tended to, teeth cleaned, and his head still kept in the teddy cockapoo style that we love. Our dog is four years old, and we wish we'd found Posh Pet Parlour sooner. Today was his best groom yet!”

“I had a diesel particulate filter problem on my Honda Civic that was resolved with the aid of a dpf flush, engine flush and oil change. The car feels absolutely amazing to drive now. Particularly pleased with the staff, especially the lady on reception who was very friendly, and the technicians (Ian and Adam), one of which took the time to talk me through what they had carried out on car. “I can’t thank the ETA enough for rescuing us on what could have been a nightmare journey home from Calais. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back. The thought of missing our booked crossing and being stranded was horrible. However, from the moment I called, the service was fantastic. The operator was calm and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She took all the details quickly and told me help was on the way. True enough, the recovery vehicle arrived in less than half an hour. The mechanic was brilliant – he got straight to work and even took time to chat with the kids, putting them at ease while he sorted the tyre. Within no time, we were back on the road. What really impressed me was the level of care. The mechanic double-checked everything and thanks to his efficiency, we even made it to the tunnel with minutes to spare. Travelling alone with three kids can be stressful at the best of times, but this experience turned a potential disaster into just a minor hiccup. I couldn’t be more grateful for the swift, professional help we received. I won’t travel without this cover again. Highly recommended.”
