“What a little diamond of a cafe. Popped in with the dogs for a brunch and wasn't disappointed. A great cheery welcome, prompt service and the food came out looking tasty and was delicious. They offer fresh produce, other clothing and household goods in the shop as well. Ideal with a deli directly opposite. Will definitely be coming back for more!”

“We had a bday meal here last night and all staff were very friendly and polite. Amazing customer service it was a very busy night but they made you feel so welcome. Food was delicious and served hot with good portion sizes we even took food home as was a lot there. “We were recommended this place by a couple of our friends and couldn't wait to order. The red curry and pad thai were absolutely stunning- so delicious and flavourful. The drunken noodle on the other hand was a bit disappointing- it was quite greasy and did not have much flavour to it at all. Overall very pleased though and will definitely order again. “MY FAVOURITE WAITROSE: WORLD-CLASS STAFF (BUT A PARKING QUEST!) ​What I love most about this particular Weybridge branch is the staff policy. You won't find bored teenagers here who are only interested in their nails or lashes. The team is experienced, mature, and genuinely interested in their customers. ​Why this store is special: ​Expert Advice: Whether it's dietary restrictions, finding a specific ingredient, or cooking tips (especially at the Butcher and Fishmonger corners), they know their stuff. ​Going Above and Beyond: I’ve seen them support customers in ways that have nothing to do with groceries. They just care. ​A Funny Note: Even my 6-year-old is loyal to the team! If I ever get stuck on my shopping list, he immediately rushes off laughing, saying: "Let me ask them, they know everything!" ​A Tip for Newcomers: There are two entrances. If you want the "Quick Check" scanners, they are held at the internal entrance (from the parking), not the High Street entrance. ​To the Management: Huge credit to whoever designed your talent acquisition. By hiring experienced, caring people, you haven’t just run a typical chain store—you’ve built a reliable community place. (Also, please bring back that bench! I heard some nice ladies politely expressing their concern, and honestly, they really need it.) It is also awesome to see you replying to reviews here with sincere attention, not just generic copy-paste answers. ​A Note on Parking (The only downside): The parking might be difficult to find—it is behind the building in a covered garage. The spaces are tiny with very little room to manoeuvre. Not easy access, but we got used to it! Just be prepared to practice your driving skills squeezing between narrow passages—it requires patience. Yours when squeezing and when waiting for others to do the same! Be ready to spend some time parking.”

Having suffered from acne I was left with scarring, I’ve tried lots of different treatments over the years but the cool Laser has made a huge difference making me feel more confident. The salon has a lovely relaxed feel and Lisa really does know everything about skin! I feel like I learn new things about skin health each time I visit. I look forward to visiting again soon. “Spa experience was lovely! Clean, well maintained environment & helpful staff. Restaurant food was amazing & again staff were very helpful. Just one small drawback - shower in our room only remained hot for one shower, each time the hot water ran out & whoever went second had a cold shower :-(”

“Great fish and chips, came in late on Thursday night & only wanted a portion of chips just as they were clearing up a lot of places would have said they were closed but the man was kind and friendly and cooked me a fresh portion of chips. They were great. I then came back tonight on Saturday and had chips and batter sausage and my partner had a large cod. Everything was cooked to order fresh and the size of the cod was enormous. Great value for money and lovely fresh food. The lady was nice and friendly. Thank you Golden Palace.”

“A spacious store over two levels. Well-stocked food section, with plenty of variety to choose from. The clothes department, spread over the two floors, had a large range of styles, too. The newly-revamped cafe (tucked away on the first floor) looked relaxing. The whole store was very impressive.”

“Being using this place since it opened pretty much get a mixed shawarma every time. Best Kebab in all the surrounding towns. He prepares all the shawarma days in advance to marinate. Staff are cool too. Josh”

“Just ran in last night because I needed some ricotta cheese after checking at three other supermarkets and found it. At the self serve check out the computer did not recognize the code on the item so we proceeded to the human managed check out... The code wasn't found there either... The teller called for her supervisor and she reported the problem had allready happened before... I was ready for a convoluted explanation and an excuse but nothing like that happened... The supervisor told our cashier to gift us the product.... Still pleasantly surprised... I'll be back, wonderful service!!!!”
