“We hired a small room to hold a meeting at the Centre. The receptionist was very attentive and kind. The room was well lit and heating was accessible. It's a good space to hold small meetings in a quiet environment.”

“Rest assured parking is available free of charge to users and their guests of St Michaels Community Centre. The conditions being as clearly sign posted in the car park that the vehicle registration details are entered into the tablet located in the main and small hall granting them free parking for the day. The reviewer below who paints a false slanderous picture fails to mention that she herself did correctly input her registration details into the tablet on arrival at the venue so clearly was very aware. Cctv evidence and central ANPR mainframe system confirms this as fact. She clearly failed to remind her guests who failed to read the signs which culminated in the parking management issuing tickets to her guests and thus - she now attempts to portion blame elsewhere.”

“It is a very good little reading space, I have been using the library since it was opened. Being a good place for me to visit with my children. My only wish is to increase on the opening time for Saturday, please let the library open from 10:00 to 18:00 or even 17:00. For staff old and current. Thank you for your service.”

“Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Small but cosy rooms with high-quality sheets and towels. The staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good. The cookies at reception are excellent. Do note that laundry charges incur an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed prices. Also, if it’s raining, be prepared to navigate a few puddles on the short walk to Ealing Broadway.”

“Great spot to be in Victoria London with lovely eateries, sport restaurants and meeting places. Kudos to working together. They need to make the pedestrians passage more free and not cluttered and difficult for pedestrians to get through without excusing other users. It was made wide open for users easy access not for businesses to extend themselves and block free movement for customers. Not rocket science!”

“The Yacht is a brilliant local with a really welcoming vibe. The team are always super helpful and friendly, and the food is absolutely yum and cheap too! Karaoke nights are loads of fun, the weekly quiz is a great laugh, and there’s always a good atmosphere. Love it here and will keep coming back!”

“Brilliant service from the team at Walthamstow Central Garage. I took my car in to them for an MOT originally. It needed some repair, I was informed and given a fixed price of repairs needed in order to pass the test. My car is running smooth and have had no problems. I cant thank them enough. I have always had a bad experience as a single female and another garage locally quoted my twice the amount for the same level of repair work. I felt welcome and the service was friendly. Have recommended them to my friends and family that's how highly I rate them.”

“My daughter have been going to middle park since last year and she so enjoys it, they get to go out and about in London most of the time and get life skills that I as a parent could get her to. She’s much more confident and mature, she loves the centre, as she call it! The team is amazing as well, and communication is exceptional, when we do go to work I don’t have to worry at all. “I have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I’ve tried in London so far. I will be back for sure.”

“Novetel Greenwich offered a lovely welcome from the moment we arrived. Great value parking made things convenient, and the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant stay.”

“Great establishment. Very friendly staff and great equipment. The system also great, you don't have to sign up for a 12 months membership you can just pay monthly with DD and cancel any time or even freeze the account for a period if you are unable to attend to use the facilities for a longer period. Clean changing rooms and well equipped gym. The pool area is nice and loads of opportunities to do classes. The staff are well presented, funny and very friendly, ready to answer any questions you have. Children friendly and valet friendly. The kids can go for £1/ month under 10 and £5/month for 10-15, this cannot be beaten by any other leisure centers. Our family is very happy that we found this place only about 15-20 minutes drive away from home. Well done guys keep up the great work you do for your customers.”

“Really delicious dishes, both dine in and takeaway! The garlic chicken is the highlight, followed by a very generous pork katsu curry! I enjoyed the chicken katsu sushi rolls too, but wouldn’t get the completely fried version again probably. Will deffo go again for a hearty meal for good price”

“Excellent food - lots of variety and interesting choices. I had spicy fried 'fish' and then a sweet and sour tofu. Really good and very reasonably priced for London. Staff were lovely - we were served by a young lady who was super friendly and helpful. The chef popped out of the kitchen at one point too, to check we were enjoying it and to talk us through the satay sauce (which is so good we had to ask for extra!).”

“Positives Very good value (In October). Massive estate, excellent area. Swimming pool water was very warm and child friendly. Fruit at breakfast was superb - best prunes I have ever eaten. Free fruit offered outside of breakfast in one wing of the hotel. Neutral / noteworthy. My room was very far away from the rest of the hotel. "Deluxe" room was slightly odd with staircase and no bath tub. Negatives Cooked breakfast wasn't all that. I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast my sister also didn't finish hers. I expected better. Pool closed too early resulting in a surge of people using it use on Saturday night, please open till 22:00 not 19:00.”
