“I cannot rate Katie highly enough! Our previously bonded rabbits had a big fight the day before we were due to drop them off with Katie and she was amazing! She sorted out the accommodation so that they could see each other but not access each other and she gave them their medicine for a week and took them to the vet for a follow up check. It was such a relief to know they were in safe hands! Katie was also very quick to respond whenever my children asked for photo updates! Thank you so much!”

“I’ve brought my house bunnies - sadly only one now - to Karen for holidays since we first got them in 2018. She takes brilliant care of them, making sure she understands their (sometimes very picky) preferences and giving them space to run around every day. She’s a real bunny expert and has always offered tips, advice and reassurance if we’ve ever had any questions and if she’s ever had a concern she’s been in touch before getting them to the vet. If you have rabbits, or other small pets, I’d highly recommend Karen to take care of them whenever you’re away.”

The team at HALO are amazing and look after Barney as though he was their own, when Barney comes back from Day School I can just tell he has had a fun actioned packed fun day. I am also really appreciative of the pick up and drop off service from my home or my work place, the ease of the booking system and the the general organisation of how Halo Dogs runs. Barney and I highly recommend Halo, while you dog is living their best life, you can rest assure that your dog will be in very safe and caring hands.”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“Our darling guinea pig, Holly, had never stayed at Binky's before but had a great time in early July. Jo sends pictures so that you can see your pet while you're away. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.”

“After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!”

“We are first time dog owners and quite nervous about getting it all right - we found Grant through a Google search and he’s been fantastic. Given us a lot of his time (without charge) getting to know our dog and inviting me on a walk with other dogs in his care. He’s now doing regular training sessions and has made a huge difference in our dog’s behaviour. Actively encourages regular updates and videos so he can fine tune what he’s taught us. An absolute gent too. Can’t recommend more highly!”

“Don is absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate in recommending him. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to try to accommodate our dog during busy times for us. Since our dog has been going for walks with Don I have noticed a marked improvement in her behaviour and focus. Don sends really nice and helpful videos of the dogs during their training so we can see what they're up to and follow up and reinforce the training at home. Don frequently takes the dog for longer than the 2 hours we booked for but never charges extra. It is clear that he really loves what he does and he is an expert in positive dog training methods. Dogs really love going with him and respond very well to his commands. I like the fact that he is very responsible and won't take more than 5 dogs out at a time, unlike some other dog walkers who take a huge pack of dogs they can't control! I feel that our dog is in safe and experienced hands and Don has been a real life line for us. Can't recommend highly enough :)”

Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. “Grace is absolutely fantastic with the dogs she cares for, she is kind and knowledgeable and always puts the dogs needs first giving them the attention they need on their walks. Grace is always on time and is great at communicating any changes that may occur due to extreme weather etc. Grace offers a different walk experience every week for the dogs and selects different locations to give variety and stop them from becoming too familiar or board. She plays different stimulating games such as ball games, find the treat games to keep the dogs busy. Grace sets up special parties and dog sessions in safe fields with agility courses for the dogs. We always feel that Grace loves her work and never get the sense that she's just in it for the money like some other dog walkers. She is lovely, genuinely kind and patient and has given us so much helpful advice in training Hugo. Hugo sits waiting for Grace and is excited to go on the walk with his dog friends each week...we trust Grace 100% and are so grateful for all she does! Hugo also assures me that Grace and Aunty give the best sausage treats at the end of their walks!”
