“We had a great experience, and although I was nervous, both ladies were very friendly and professional and explained the entire process to ease my nerves. All the matting on my cat was removed and my cat was very happy and looked very freshly groomed. They even gave a little goody bad with some treats and a little toy and comb for my cat which was so considerate and thoughtful. My cat also smells really nice now after the groom. “Really great service at this running shop! The two guys working there helped me out with a gait analysis and measured my feet to figure out the best shoes for my overpronation. They were super helpful and explained everything clearly. I ended up getting a pair of Saucony running shoes, and I’m loving them so far-they feel really comfortable and supportive. “Had a great experience at Shades Clinic! Really recommend! I was quite nervous about dentists before here but this has been a great place! Sunny did my Invisalign and I’ve had great results! (Without the extortionate prices and advertisements and over selling other dentists do!!) He also helped with my gum problems giving me excellent invaluable advice! “The Nest climbing is a fantastic facility for your bouldering adventures. The staff and people make it a very friendly and welcoming place for climbers of all ages and skill levels to participate in the sport we love. There are a number of expert led small grouped classes to participate in between your time on the wall helping you build mobility and strength in order to progress in your climbs. I can recommend this place highly enough.”

“This is the second time we have used the venue. We used it for a birthday dinner a few years ago and recently a baby shower for about 18 people. It’s a lovely intimate space, clean with all the amenities needed. Has upstairs and downstairs mini living room open plan area. I would definitely recommend and use again. Decent rate with independent and easy instructions to gain access. Space also comes with tables and chairs inclusive in the hire. Thank you James for your correspondence.”

“Shoreditch Treehouse is an incredibly agile space that would be suitable for a multitude of events. I have primarily used the space for corporate hire and would absolutely recommend this as a venue. The facilities are great and the team are wonderfully attentive. This is not your average meeting space but works brilliantly in this capacity, it’s light, airy and has everything one would need for a successful offsite.”

“We had a wonderful experience, it was challenging but exiting, and Kevin was a fantastic host. They even had to make last minute changes after the previous group stole some props which we couldn’t then use, but it didn’t detract from the experience. 5 stars would come again!”

“We visited Navrtar on December 1st as a party of 4 adults for my son’s birthday. We have experienced several VR challenges in London and the US and found Navrtar to be really enjoyable and just enough of a challenge for the two of us in our 50s! The staff member who explained everything to us was helpful and patient! Plus he made some fabulous zombie themed cocktails! Definitely recommend Navrtar.”

Every detail felt intentional and immersive. Huge shoutout to the ever-cheerful Marilou for making the experience even more fun. “I was suffering from neck pain and exhausted all NHS treatment so I decided to give one last chance to get rid of 2 years of pain. I am a former professional athlete, still regularly training so this pain was really bothering me. I walked into the clinic, Martha treated me with her magic hands and I walked away pain free. It was a true miracle! The pain and stiffness returned after a few days although much less severe, I say 50% as Martha had anticipated. I then saw Martha weekly for a further 4 treatments and the symptoms were getting better and better. After the 5th session, differently from all other physiotherapists I tried in the past, she recommended to wait and see rather than having more treatment. 3 weeks later the pain had totally disappeared and I was still training, so no disruption to my routine. 6 weeks later I am still pain free and I can finally move my neck without any problems, I can read books and watch TV without having to constantly move, stretch and use all sorts of techniques to try and live a normal life. All of this without taking any medication which I am strongly against. As said I have tried many physiotherapists in the past and Martha is surely the best, au pair with the physiotherapist we had in the national rowing team in the 90s. I will surely see Martha again for all my joints' trouble which inevitably will show up with age.”

The rollercoaster of a partially torn rotator cuff meant a lot of ups and downs and slow, steady recovery, which Adam guided me through with expertise and reassurance. Every visit was made easier by the friendly and welcoming reception team, who always greeted me with a smile and made scheduling and any queries completely stress-free. I cannot recommend Ruislip Physiotherapy Team enough — from the first point of contact to the ongoing treatment, the whole experience was outstanding.”

I went to see Dr Blair and I can't believe the difference in just a few sessions. She was very patient & friendly considering I was a little on the nervous side, and really puts you at ease.
