“I arranged to see Tony regarding tightness and soreness in my hamstring/glutes which I have had for a couple of years. After an initial chat where I mentioned other injuries and problems with my leg, Tony gave me a whole body MOT. As well as working on my leg, he found the old injuries in my back and shoulder which he gently but effectively re aligned. After a second session where he intensely worked my leg, it feels much more comfortable with increased flexibility. I felt very comfortable with Tony, who is genuinely very caring and clearly very knowledgeable. The Chi Clinic has a relaxed and friendly feel about it rather than sterile and impersonal. “I do the clinical pilates class for recovery from back surgery and its the thing that has helped me more than anything. The staff are extremely well qualified and tailor the exercises to what you need and push you to the right degree. Catherine takes my usual class and is outstanding and understands my needs implicitly. There is a new instructor, Sophie, who is also excellent and added some great new exercises to my routine. Everyone at the clinic is really helpful and welcoming. “I have visited this shop twice now to buy cricket equipment for my son. I live in Gravesend so its a bit of a drive but utterly worth it. The knowledge of the shop owners is incredible and the advice they give you in selecting the right equipment is second to none. You will get items cheaper online for sure but will it be the right size, make etc. Shops like this are a rarity and we must do everything we can to support them. I can't wait to visit them again when my next son needs kitting out.”

He talked us through all the products available. He then ran through how we could make the most of Peloton bike. He received top training from experienced and professional instructors who love fencing and are wonderful teachers for the young students, in addition to the older students. They make fencing fun and exciting. Knightsbridge Fencing Club is dedicated and passionate about teaching fencing, we would highly recommend this club to any parent that is wondering about trying the sport. “My son attended a trial lesson at UK1 Academy in South Ealing this morning and we were so impressed that we decided to enroll him in Muay Thai classes. The coach at UK1 Academy is excellent at teaching children and is clearly passionate about martial arts. From the moment we entered the academy, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our coach took the time to get to know my son and made sure that he felt included in the class. During the lesson, my son learned a lot about Muay Thai and had a great time doing so. The coach was patient and encouraging, and he made sure that each child in the class was learning and having fun. Overall, we would highly recommend UK1 Academy to anyone looking for a martial arts academy in London. The coach is excellent at teaching children, and the facilities and staff are top-notch. “I went to Leigh Johnson after hyper-extending my elbow playing padel. She identified the issues and organised for an MRI scan to check the seriousness of the tears to my ligaments. The treatment and physio was excellent and the programme worked perfectly, such that I'm back playing padel with my arm as good as new (probably stronger). Leigh is so personally focused on getting the best for her patients and I felt in such capable hands with her that I was completely confident the programme would work. Whether a beginner or advanced student, each person is given what they need at their level and then led to taking the next steps themselves, empowered by the principles of Tai Chi the senior instructors are accomplished at making beginners feel welcome and encouraged, and the teaching from Master Ding himself is exceptional There is a strong bond and community between the students, but there is always a sense of allowing the individual to be the individual... if you just want to turn up and train, you're given that space... if you'd like to pop in early and have a cup of tea with other students, you're more than welcome to do that too”
