“Top Location, very good 24/7 service and clean rooms, service always cleaned rooms and brought new lotions, shampoo etc. Room may be small but contains everything from shampoo to a good clean shower and toilet as well as a small fridge and a big tv. Beds are very comfy. I really can't understand all the negativ Reviews on here, may be it was different before the renovations but now it is a super hotel, with a super location for a top price. Modern clean and Even a bit luxurious to make it short :).”

“First of all I did read of the reviews, but when we actually went there it was quite well maintained and run effectively. The rooms were is good condition and kept clean, and they provided a breakfast service which served freshly cooked hot means. I was initially concerned, since reading negative reviews. Needless to say I think they have reevaluated their selves and made improvements, therefore in the whole it's rather decent for a 2-star hotel.”

“The hotel was fine, everything was clean. We were lucky to be in a room which had a garden, full kitchen, even dishwasher and a washing machine and a sofa. But not all rooms have all of this. Bathrooms are shared, there is a tiny bathroom on the ground floor and then there is a bigger one upstairs where is a bathtub with shower. You are informed about the shared bathrooms so that's not a downside. LHR is very close, you see and hear aircraft flying almost directly above you so if you don't like noise, look elsewhere. I am an aviation enthusiast so I liked this, Myrtle Avenue (great planespotting spot) is just about 5 minutes of walking away. There is a Hatton Cross subway station about 15 minutes of walk away, this takes you straight to LHR. ! The check-in system is a bit sketchy, the day before your arrival you receive an e-mail with the passcode to the keybox in which you find the key to your room and also you receive a passcode and instructions for the main door, but I have encountered a guy who had his booking through some third patty website but didnt receive the follow-up email so he was out of luck, couldn't get to his room and it was nighttime so nobody would pick up the phone to help him. I booked through booking.com and everything went fine, so I recommend booking through booking.com but not through any other website I recommend if you need a reasonably priced stay near LHR”

“This is such a lovely, quirky hotel and I really enjoyed staying here! Really friendly staff and the room was so very different from what was expected. There isn't really any facilities here, but it is London so you can easily find anything you need nearby. So if you are just looking for a fun place to sleep at a very good price I thoroughly recommend The Pavilion. I cannot wait until I am back!”

“The rooms have such an amazing view and vibe, the spa and pool are amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and Pedro really made our evenings so special. The bus down to the beach was a bit bumpy but we enjoyed our family day out, the only thing that i would say was a draw back was that we had to leave so soon that the chef couldn't make me that birthday cake he promised.”

“Professional traveller consistently travels to UK. Staying 10 nights. Absolute positive experience extremely humble with the service from all staff members. Travelled with my older father who has issues walking. I was under the impression that the rooms we reserved were on the ground floor however my father had to walk upstairs in the beginning. The hotel staff and management were extremely accommodating in assisting my father with the room changes. Rooms are brand new beautiful bathroom renovations great beds. Area is excellent right near Earl’s Court. Stayed at many hotels in London and this is by far the best.”
