Even though Oct.8 was a little early for that, he got some assistance and made it happen! “My wife and I made a last minute booking with Original Travel; they took my brief and then responded quickly with a plan. we reviewed, made a few changes with input from them, and booked the trip. (Two other travel companies had failed to arrange a similar trip). Thereafter whatever unforeseen events interfered in moving locations or hotels was taken care of by OT and their concierge service. The trip, which included going to the Artic, and then north Norway, loads of excursions, all went to plan. Great trip!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “Very good value for money. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is nice with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. A bit noisy because of traffic and planes, but thats what you get in busy London. It's only 1 hour with public transport to the center of London and just 30 minutes tot Heathrow airport. The staff is kind and helpful. I only used breakfast and the variation an quality was perfect for me.”

“A very pleasant and cosy stay just below Richmond Hill. The place is quaint and has lots of atmosphere. For an older property, the room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. The pub/restaurant downstairs was charming and though I didn't get a chance to eat there, the menu looked delicious. Staff were friendly, and I enjoyed my brief stay and would happily stay again. Note that it's a short walk into town/shops/restaurants, and the walk up to Richmond Hill itself is short but fairly steep if you have any mobility issues. Thanks for the pleasant stay and I hope to visit again.”

“Stayed 24.11.24 After reading the reviews was really dubious about staying here, but only paying £31 for a night we checked in quite late after spending rhe day in London. On arrival we could smell fresh paint and the reception area was smart and clean. Very friendly chap at check in. We went up to our room (218) and was pleasantly surprised. New TV, freshly decorated. Smart clean and presentable. Our room was at the front and for a Sunday night was quiet and we slept soundly with the window open. Would definitely stay here again.”
