He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. Love the decor of the place nice an relax we always sit in there to eat lovely seating area.
