He didn't want to leave until he had got the situation under control. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and advised me on when and where to take photos for insurance purposes. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after. He and a colleague returned first thing the next morning to resolve the situation. The deal maker is they are able to design the bathroom with your input and provide all the high end brand which lost loads more from the more glamorous providers.”

“After a frightening experience and sudden emergency situation,my friend was taken to Watford General Hospital. Their care and aftercare wad amazing and we are so grateful,but their Blood Clinic needs sorting out! After having been sent there for an URGENT! blood test....his name was 1 minute at the top of the screen then the next minute at the bottom and 30 mins was nearly up! He wasn't well and was getting stressed,one lady receptionist was fairly pleasant,but one male wasn't....so l give the hospital 5 stars but the Blood Clinic 2!”

“I made an appointment for Tuesday 18th with Lucas as I had been experiencing pain and tightness in my left hip area and left upper thigh. I was unable to sleep on my left side, with walking and sitting also feeling uncomfortable! In just one appointment Lucas has managed to improve both areas hugely, where I can now sleep on my left side again and I am sitting and moving pain free! I have booked another appointment just to give him more time to see if he can soften the area further! Whilst I no longer compete in top level sport, I have come across many massage therapists in my time! I can honest say what Lucas has done in one session is fantastic!
