“I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.”

Admittedly I only have my waxing done with her but based on this experience, I’d highly recommend her and assume that all her services are just as good. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and she’s a joy to be in the salon with. My waxing is always done with minimal fuss and less pain than anywhere I’ve been before. I have just had them removed for a two week breather, but will be straight back in August. My natural nails are strong because of the care they have; I book online and I'm never made to wait long. Both the managers in Brentwood and Shenfield are lovely. Really recommend them. I have booked up to October in 2 week intervals with infills, pedicures on Booksy that's how obsessed I am!! ”
