But I love the shoes so much! I spoke to a man in the store named Sammy! He helped with the issue left me with new rocks that actually fit and was super nice - gave me a discount and explained the issue I had and how to fix it! He also helped my partner get a coat at a better price in store that he loved! Lovely guy! Didn’t rush us and let me have 2 try ons and as I said gave me a student discount! I left the store happy after a year of not having shoes that fitted right that were chunky! Generally made my day ☺️ if you want good customer service have difficult feet or want new rocks then go here! He will help u out for sure! 10/10 thanks again!”
