The lady who pierced her ears was absolutely lovely with her, so calm and reassuring. My daughter was given a soft toy to hug, which I thought was very thoughtful, then received a sticker and lollipop post piercing , as did her little sister despite not getting earrings too, which they were both delighted with. I felt it was a clean, safe environment and that aftercare was very well explained. We are all very pleased with the results!”
