So I gave up on Miele and spoke to Clint and Richard at KEYMEX and bought a Washer/Dryer 10.5kg and am enjoying this machine which is very quite in operation. The service at Keymex is always second to none, It maybe not as Glitzy as the other company in Reigate, BUT ...... KEYMEX OFFER THE BEST SERVICE ...BEFORE AND AFTER. In fact the Man [Ben] who installed my Bosch sold me a Washing machine 23 years ago at Keymex !! They will give you a good price, backed up by excellent service. Thank you all concerned - Mr Ellis - Reigate I'll be back for more .......”

“This shop has literally everything for the home and DIY, plumbing etc. Tools, paint, electrical equipment, lots of specialist items for random jobs and repairs. A real treasure trove. Reasonable prices especially for the convenience of having this on my doorstep. This is always my go-to store if I need something very specific for a job. “I go there for the great selection of trading cards, which include Pokémon, Yu Gi Oh, and one-piece trading cards. They do have other trading card games and board games that you can purchase. They sell an array of garden and kitchen ware. Their selection of flower and bulbs and seeds are numerous/plentiful. I have purchased a lot of tulip bulbs from Selectric at a very reasonable price, especially when there is an offer. They have a good range of kitchenware available. The store is situated on a hill, and there is parking around Blackheath. The store is not far from Black heath train station.”

“We were served by Fabiene and Eric at the Richmond store on Saturday and it was possibly the best sales experience we’ve ever experienced, regardless of what we were purchasing. The store room itself was stunning and from the second we arrived we were looked after brilliantly by both Fabiane and Eric. Fabiane was attentive without ever being pushy, and knows so much about the products offered. We felt very comfortable to make our purchase with her support. She also offered a box of toys to keep our two young children entertained (game changer!) and we were served a hot drink within minutes of entering the store. “I've not shopped here but have used their returned parcel service. I had a pressure washer to return, and all the other shops were refusing to take it as they said it was too heavy and would be rejected. This chap told me the same, but he asked me to leave it there and see if the driver takes it. If he didn't, I would have gone back and picked it up. Thankfully, it was picked up, and I got my refund.”
