When I orders online once I got home, I used this branch to pick it up and again extremely friendly and helpful especially the stock room young charming man. I have always shopped at the Futon company and will return and recommend to all. I find the bedding extremely good and the futon frames last a lifetime. It’s my first choice for over 35 years. “A great Homesense store, always well stocked with a huge selection of any and everything you could ever think of and more. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with large items that need moving or asking if you can leave things by the till while you continue to shop. There is always a great selection of itmes here but I put that down to the head office also being in watford and the better items coming in? One of the biggest pet section of any Homesense store i have visited and I tend to always come home with a new dog toy. All round just love the huge selection of everything from candels, pillows, garden pots and accessories all the way down to bathroom items”

“I have been at Screwfix for last couple of weeks for various materials as I was getting some work done locally. I can’t praise enough the wonderful team at Harrow Christchurch branch of screw fix. I call them my A team they all work so well together and individually. They go out of there way to answer your query and check what you need and give good advice. No matter how long the Que or how busy they are they treat every customer with so much respect . John helped with selection of paint. Jeff helped with the Ronseal sprayer and both of them very professional and kind. Also a shout to Roma who was very helpful as well and not forgetting Lisa and Nicky and liam always smiling and they all make you so welcome and they serve with a smile. They all seems so dedicated and enjoy there work and really go out of their way to help if not sure they check with each other. Amazing group of people. “Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”
