“I visit the Lakeside branch and have treatments with the same Lady Oraneb. She’s amazing, so friendly, and some treatment areas are personal but she makes me feel so comfortable. The results for someone of my hair tone have been amazing, and I’ve seen the difference after my 2nd treatment! Also, I’ve been to previous clinics, and this branch have really good pricing and super friendly staff compared to others!!”

The no beef teriyaki and the little chicken chunks were really good and tasty. Always really nice. Just needed to remember to ask if customer has the app rather than being distracted trying to call someone you want from across the room. Apart from that always good service and helpful with advice and knowledge when ordering.”

Ayesha was brilliant in advising the best shoes that matched what I was looking for and provided me with the various sizes. “We were seated fairly quick even with the normal Friday rush. And plush we had our little one and push. Got seats which had plenty of space for all of us. Food came quick and friendly helpful staff. Easy to order via the app or online so no need to wait in the queue to order food.”

“Really friendly staff. Needed help choosing a pair of boots and Leah gave me good advice and was more than happy for me to try on several different pairs even though the shop was busy. I was then served on the till by the blonde member of staff who was friendly and I didn't feel rushed. Will come again instead of buying online.”

Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”
