“Always so helpful and polite. Once I had medication which I had to find very quick for my baby and we couldn’t find it anywhere, it was prescribed by the GP surgery. Thanks to the owner we found the medication in another pharmacy placed in Burnt oak. He was calling the GP, trying to find alternative medication, was calling me and giving me ideas where to call, even was giving me the numbers of certain pharmacies where I can check. He really does his best. I’m please to have this pharmacy near my house. A BIG THANK YOU!”

“Great selection of products and the store is really clean. They have an Argos counter at the back. They have a bakery that services fresh goods, fruit and veg section, clothing section, spices, alcohol section, flowers as you enter, and other food items. You can get lottery tickets there. They have loads of self checkout points towards the entrance. Staff are friendly and efficient.”

At my appointment today I was referred for a blood test (painless - thanks Fran!) and a scan. The test was straight after the appointment with results in 48h, and for the scan I was offered a next-day slot or one in a week - and that's at Christmas too!”
