“Great hotel! Lovely, nice sized rooms, well appointed. The hotel also has a super convenient grab-n-go market that also sells some fun goodies, and it’s not terribly overpriced. The high tea is a standout! It’s themed and fabulous! My favorite high tea, it’s served in their beautiful, intimate restaurant with live piano music, fun street views, and wonderful service! A fantastic place for afternoon tea!! The tea and offerings are extremely plentiful and then on top of that they send you home with two large pieces of cake!!! All beautifully boxed up—it’s amazing. Great service overall for the entire hotel and experience. Only drawback is the location on the street with no real crosswalk, it’s scary coming and going with crazy traffic.”

We were asked just to wait a few minutes in the lounge, then we were lead through a secret bookcase down the candle lit stairs into a Harry Potter themes room.Both my daughters immediately loved it. The staff were very good and happy. The beds were so comfortable and both my daughter had great sleeps. The breakfast was good and more than enough.”

“We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this one is by far our favourite. The location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as some great shops and eateries around the corner. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious - offering everything you need for a good nights sleep. Despite the traffic outside, we are completely undisturbed here. There’s a great bar on the ground floor that has an amazing atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and helpful, too, which is an added bonus. Whenever we travel to London now, we always try and book this Premier Inn. It’s set the bar very high.”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. “Great for the Heathrow Terminal 5 and for a night before early flight. The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. People who work here are super friendly and professional, helpful. They helped me and answered ALL my questions. Respect for that! Unfortunately I had neighbours in the corridor who did not give a sh*t about other guests and we're banging doors all night. It's not the hotel fault, so have earplugs just in case. The BEST PART is travel on the POD to LHR terminal 5 at 5am for only 8.25£. 7 minutes and I was at the terninal. Beautiful!!! And the room price was very good for being that close to the airpot.”

“I've just checked out this morning and have to say the overall experience I had during my one night stay was very good. Much better than I had expected having read the recent reviews. Even taking into consideration the budget price, the room was a good size, clean, the bed was comfortable. The dinner and breakfast, though not as good as Premier Inn's, were adequate for the price and the staff on reception and in the dining area were polite and attentive. “We had a great 5-day stay at this Travelodge. The location, right in the middle of the city, is calm and wonderful for visiting London. The staff is polite and friendly. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The only small drawback is that the small window opened on a wall opposite so it was dark and without a view, but it did not take away from the wonderful stay we had :) I recommend the buffet breakfast at the hotel, and the Chinese restaurant 'Sechuan' right in front of it ! We will probably stay at this Travelodge again next time we are in London !”

“18 years ago I vowed never to stay at a travelodge again after a very poor experience. This time I highjacked my husband's business trip for a trip to London. This travelodge has changed my mind! It was very clean. The staff were incredible, polite, helpful, welcoming and professional. The parking was free, there was a tube station very close for easy access to inner London and the crown Court was only a few minutes walk away. The surrounding area was very pleasant and relatively quiet. Will definitely use again”

“Recently stayed here for its fantastic location near to the station and all amenities, staff were extremely helpful and considerate going above and beyond. It’s cheap and cheerful and very clean as you would expect. When I couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator key one kind lady offered to come up with me to demonstrate. Others were also very approachable and more than happy to offer assistance. It’s so rare to find kind and responsive team members these days, they really made my stay and made us feel so welcome. Thank you to all the staff at Kingston Travelodge, it was truly a pleasure!”

“I’ve stood on there with my wife for 6 days. People working on there were so nice and comprehensive. Diego, the caretaker was great on helping us, every time with a big smile. Nice location, close to bus and train station, quiet borough at all. Rented a small room with no windows. Bed was comfortable. Temps inside were nice also. Good experience.”

“Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.”

We booked a 5 week trip with Round the World Flights which included a total of 13 flights covering South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand & Tokyo The information received prior to the trip was excellent and any schedule changes were advised well in advance. We have just returned and all I can say is that we had a fantastic time. Every flight and connection went smoothly and we were even upgraded on a couple of the flights. “Stayed for one night as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall for a gig. Good prompt reception, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Great location if you're visiting and sightseeing. (short walk from the tube). Would definitely use again. Only four stars for the room cos it was up 4 flights of stairs.”
