“What a gem of a place! Had shellac pedicure and shellac acrylics! Lovely staff. Didn't wait a second in fact I booked for two people and arrived and the basin was being filled ready for my arrival! Offered a drink several times. Took time and didn't feel rushed even though the phone was ringing and people turning up. Moved from another shop so will definitely stay with this one. It's clean and relaxed and so friendly. Prices good too. Was recommended to me and I will certainly recommend! They now have another 3 customers! Customer service 5* all the way! To the previous person moaning... if you don't want to wait then paint your own! Simple!”

“I went there 40 minutes before they were closing the salon. I know it’s late and ridiculous to expect them to do my nails. But I was impressed by their service and also behaviour. Specifically the guy he made sure my nails look the best. I received a warm welcome, they also assured me that they’ll get my nails done. I showed them a picture and asked for a blush design and it was difficult to find the perfect shade of nail polish for this design. They all worked together to find the shade and even mixed colours to make it. The guy stayed there even after the salon was closed just to finish my nails. I paid £38 for this. I think it’s worth it overall.”

“I've been a client here for probably 5 years now, I always get shellac on my natural nails and they always last at least 2-3 weeks. The staff are always welcoming, they take very good care of me every time and not to mention they like to banter, which I have absolutely no problem with. Other clients who have no sense of humour get easily offended but they're obviously just miserable people. Sometimes there might be a bit of a wait, but I'd rather wait here than somewhere else that doesn't make me feel welcome. Will be continuing my business with them for many more years :)”

“I have been going here for over a year, and I love it so much, the staff have never been anything but lovely to me. Michael usually does my nails, and they're always stunning. I have just had them removed for a two week breather, but will be straight back in August. My natural nails are strong because of the care they have; I book online and I'm never made to wait long. Both the managers in Brentwood and Shenfield are lovely. Really recommend them. I have booked up to October in 2 week intervals with infills, pedicures on Booksy that's how obsessed I am!! ”
